9/At-Tawbah-123: Yea ayyuheallazeena eamanoo keatiloollazeena yaloonakum minal kuffeari valyacidoo feekum gilzaah(gilzaatan), vaa’lamoo annaalleaha maaal muttaakeen(muttaakeena).
O you who believe (who wish to reach Allah before death)! Fight those of the disbelievers who are the nearest to you and let them find in you hardness. And know that Allah is with those who are Al-Muttaqûn (the pious, the owners of Takwa). (123)
9/At-Tawbah-124: Va eezea mea unzilat sooratun fa minhum man yakoolu ayyukum zeadathu heazihee eemeanea(eemeanan), fa ammeallazeena eamanoo fa zeadathum eemeanan va hum yastabshiroon(yastabshiroona).
And whenever a Sûrah (a chapter of the Qur’ân) is sent down, there are some of them who say: “Which of you has it strengthened in Faith”? Then as for those who believe (who wish to reach Allah before death), it strengthens them in Faith and they give glad tidings to each other (rejoice). (124)
9/At-Tawbah-125: Va ammeallazeena fee kuloobihim maaraadun fa zeadathum ricsan ilea ricsihim va meatoo va hum keafiroon(keafiroona).
And as for those in whose hearts is a disease (of doubt, disbelief and hypocrisy) it adds uncleanness (disbelief, doubt and hypocrisy) to their uncleanness and they die while they are disbelievers. (125)
9/At-Tawbah-126: A va lea yaravna annahum yuftanoona fee kulli eamin marraatan av marraatayni summa lea yatooboona va lea hum yazzakkaroon(yazzakkaroona).
Do they not see that they are tried once or twice in every year? Yet they do not repent (turn to Allah) nor do they remember (repeat the Name of Allah). (126)
9/At-Tawbah-127: Va eezea mea unzilat sooratun naazaaraa baa’duhum ilea baa’din, hal yareakum min ahaadin summansaaraafoo, saaraafaalleahu kuloobahum bi annahum kaavmun lea yafkaahoon(yafkaahoona).
Whenever a Sûrah (a chapter) is sent down, they cast glances at one another and ask: “Has anyone seen you”? Then they turn away. Allah has turned away their hearts because they are a people who do not understand. (127)
9/At-Tawbah-128: Lakaad ceaakum rasoolun min anfusikum aazeez(aazeezun), aalayhi mea aanittum haareesun aalaykum bil mu’mineena raaoofun raaheem(raaheemun).
Certainly a mighty Messenger has come to you from among yourselves. Grievous to him is your falling into distress. He is very concerned over you and to the believers is kind and compassionate. (128)
9/At-Tawbah-129: Fa in tavallav fa kul haasbiyaalleah(haasbiyaalleahu), lea ileaha illea hoova, aalayhi tavakkaltu va huva raabbul aarshil aazeem(aazeemi).
Now if they turn away after this, say: “Allah is Sufficient for me, there is no god but He. In Him I put my trust and He is the Lord of the Mighty Throne”. (129)
