Surah Az-Zukhruf

Bismillaah ir rahmaan ir raheem

43/Az-Zukhruf-1: Hea mim.
Hâ, Mîm. (1)
43/Az-Zukhruf-2: Val kiteabil mubeeni.
By the Manifest Book, that. (2)
43/Az-Zukhruf-3: Innea caaalneahu kur’eanan aaraabiyyan laaallakum taa’kıloon(taa’kıloona).
Surely We made it an Arabic Qur’an that you may be mindful. (3)
And surely it (the Qur’an) is in the Mother of the Book in Our presence. Truly exalted, full of wisdom (the owner of judgment and wisdom). (4)
43/Az-Zukhruf-5: A fa naadribu aankumuz zikra saafhaan an kuntum kaavman musrifeen(musrifeena).
Shall We then give up on Reminder (conveying) to you altogether, because you became an extravagant people? (5)
43/Az-Zukhruf-6: Va kam arsalnaa min nabeeyin feel avvaleen(avvaleena).
And many Prophets have We sent among the ones (nations) before you. (6)
43/Az-Zukhruf-7: Va mea yateehim min nabeeyin illea keanoo bihee yastahzioon(yastahzioona).
And never came a Prophet to them but they used to mock at him. (7)
43/Az-Zukhruf-8: Fa ahlaknea ashadda minhum baatshan va madea masalul avvaleen(avvaleena).
Therefore We destroyed those even who were stronger (the dwellers of Makkah) possessing them violently. The examples (related to the ancients) were mentioned (earlier). (8)
43/Az-Zukhruf-9: Va la in saaltahum man haalaakaas sameaveati val aardaa la yakoolunna haalaakaahunnal aazeezul aaleem(aaleemu).
And if you verily ask them, “who created the heavens and the earth?” they most certainly say: “The All-Mighty, All-Knowing created them”. (9)
43/Az-Zukhruf-10: Allazee caaalakumul aardaa mahdan va caaalalakum feehea subulan laaallakum tahtadoon(tahtadoona).
It is Him Who has made for you the earth like a bed, and made in it ways for you that you may have Hidayet. (10)
43/Az-Zukhruf-11: Vallazee nazzala minas sameai meaanbi kaadar(kaadarin), fa ansharnea bihee baldatanmaytan, kazealika tuhracoon(tuhracoona).
It is Him Who sends down water from the sky with a fate (with a decreed measure) then We revived a dead land therewith (brought forth plants from dry land). Just like this, you shall be brought forth (from your graves). (11)
43/Az-Zukhruf-12: Vallazee haalaakaal azveaca kullaheava caaala lakum minal fulki val aneami mea tarkaboon(tarkaboona).
It is Him Who created all pairs (males and females) from them (plants). Made for you from the ships and the animals that you ride on. (12)
43/Az-Zukhruf-13: Li tastavoo aalea zuhoorihee summa tazkuroo ni’mata raabbikum izastavaytum aalayhi, va takooloo subheanallazee sahhaara lanea heazea va mea kunnea lahu mukrineen(mukrineena).
That you may mount on their backs. Then remember the Blessing of your Lord when you mount thereon and say: “Glory be to Him Who made this subservient to us and we would not be able to do it”. (13)
43/Az-Zukhruf-14: Va innea ilea raabbinea la munkaaliboon(munkaaliboona).
And surely we are the ones who will return to our Lord. (14)
43/Az-Zukhruf-15: Va caaaloo lahu min ibeadihee cuz’ea(cuz’an), innal inseana la kafoorun mubeen(mubeenun).
And they assigned to Him some of His servants. Surely human is clearly a manifest denier. (15)
43/Az-Zukhruf-16: Amittahaaza mimmea yaahluku baneatin va aasfeakum bil baneen(baneena).
Has He taken the girls to Himself and spared the boys for you? (16)
43/Az-Zukhruf-17: Va izea bushshira ahaaduhum bi mea daaraaba lir raahmeani masalan zaalla vachuhu musvaddan va huva kazeem(kazeemun).
And when one of them is given the news of that which he assigns a likeness for the Most-Beneficent (a baby girl), his face becomes black and shadowed in rage. (17)
43/Az-Zukhruf-18: A va man yunashshau feel hılyati va huva feel hıseami gaayru mubeen(mubeenin).
The one who is brought up for an adornment and who is not strong enough to struggle (that they assign to Allah)? (18)
43/Az-Zukhruf-19: Va caaalool maleaikatallazeena hum ibeadur raahmeani ineasea(ineasan), a shahidoo haalkaahum, satuktabu shaheadatuhum va yus’aloon(yus’aloona).
And they considered the angels who are the servants of the Most-Beneficent as females. Did they witness their creation? Their testimony will be written down and they shall be questioned. (19)
43/Az-Zukhruf-20: Va kealoo lav sheaar raahmeanu mea aabadneahum, mea lahum bi zealika min ilmin in hum illea yaahrusoon(yaahrusoona).
And they said: “If the Most-Beneficent had willed, we should never have worshipped them”. They have no knowledge of this. They are only lying. (20)
43/Az-Zukhruf-21: Am eatayneahum kiteaban min kaablihee fa hum bihee mustamsikoon(mustamsikoona).
Or have We given them a Book before it so that they hold fast to it? (21)
43/Az-Zukhruf-22: Bal kealoo innea vacadnea eabeaanea aalea ummatin va innea aalea easearihim muhtadoon(muhtadoona).
Nay! They said: “We certainly found our fathers on a certain way (religion), and surely we are the ones who reach Hidayet on their foot-steps”. (22)
43/Az-Zukhruf-23: Va kazealika mea arsalnea min kaablika fee kaaryatin min nazeerin illea keala mutrafoohea innea vacadnea eabeaanea aalea ummatin va innea aalea easearihim muktadoon(muktadoona).
And just like this, We did not send before you a Warner in a country, but those who led easy (comfortable) lives in it did not say: “Surely we found our fathers on a way (religion), and surely we are followers of their footsteps”. (23)
43/Az-Zukhruf-24: Keala a va lav ci’tukum bi ahdea mimmea vacadtum aalayhi eabeaakum, kealoo innea bi mea ursıltum bihee keafiroon(keafiroona).
(All Warners) said: “Even if I had brought to you which will make you reach Hidayet better than that (the religion) on which you found your fathers”? (They) said: “Surely we are the disbelievers in that with which you are sent”. (24)
43/Az-Zukhruf-25: Fantakaamnea minhum faanzur kayfa keana eakıbatul mukazzibeen(mukazzibeena).
Upon that We took revenge on them. Now see how the end of the beliers was! (25)
43/Az-Zukhruf-26: Va iz keala ibreaheemu li abeehi va kaavmihee innanee bareaun mimmea taa’budoon(taa’budoona).
And Abraham had said to his father and his people: “Surely I am clear (far off) of what you worship”. (26)
43/Az-Zukhruf-27: Illallazee faataaraanee fa innahu sa yahdeen(yahdeena).
Except Him Who did create me. Because verily He will deliver me to Hidayet. (27)
43/Az-Zukhruf-28: Va caaalahea kalimatan beakıyatan fee aakıbihee laaallahum yarcioon(yarcioona).
And He made it a Word lasting within his offspring. It is hoped that they may turn (from the idols). (28)
43/Az-Zukhruf-29: Bal mattaa’tu heauleai va eabeaahum haattea ceaahumul haakku va rasoolun mubeen(mubeenun).
Nay, I gave them and their fathers sustenance until there came to them the truth (the Qur’ân) and a Messenger explaining it. (29)
43/Az-Zukhruf-30: Va lammea ceaa humul haakku kealoo heazea sihrun va innea bihee keafiroon(keafiroona).
And when the truth (the Qur’ân) came to them, they said: “This is magic and without a doubt we are the disbelievers in it”. (30)
43/Az-Zukhruf-31: Va kealoo lav lea nuzzila heazal kur’eanu aalea raaculin minal kaaryatayni aazeem(aazeemin).
And they said: “Should not this Qur’ân have been sent down to one great man of the two cities”? (31)
43/Az-Zukhruf-32: A hum yaaksimoona raahmata raabbik(raabbika), naahnu kaasamnea baynahum maaeeshatahum feel haayeatid dunyeava rafaa’nea baa’daahum favkaa baa’dın daraceatin li yattahıza baa’duhum baa’daan suhriyyea(suhriyyan), va raahmatu raabbika haayrun mimmea yacmaaoon(yacmaaoona).
Is it they who distribute the Mercy of your Lord? We distributed their livelihood between them in the life of this world. We have exalted some of them above others in degrees, that some of them may take (employ) others in their work. And the Mercy of your Lord is better than what they collect (than the money they save by not employing others). (32)
43/Az-Zukhruf-33: Va lav lea an yakoonan neasu ummatan veahıdatan la caaalnea liman yakfuru bir raahmeani li buyootihim sukufan min fıddaatin va maearica aalayhea yaazharoona.
And were it not that all people had become a single nation; We would certainly have made the houses of those who disbelieve in the Most-Beneficent with roofs of silver and the stairways by which they ascend in them. (33)
43/Az-Zukhruf-34: Va li buyootihim abveaban va sururan aalayhea yattakioon(yattakioona).
And for their houses (We would have made silver) doors and couches on which they would recline. (34)
43/Az-Zukhruf-35: Va zuhrufea(zuhrufan), va in kullu zealika lammea mateaul haayeatid dunyea, val eahiratu inda raabbika lil muttakeen(muttakeena).
And (We would have put on them) adornments (jewelry). And all these are the enjoyment of this world, and the Hereafter is in the Presence of your Lord and for the owners of piety. (35)
43/Az-Zukhruf-36: Va man yaa’shu aan zikrir raahmeani nukaayyıd lahu shayteanan fa huva lahu kaareen(kaareenun).
And whoever turns away from the remembrance (dhikr) of the Most-Beneficent, We let a devil attack him, so he (devil) becomes a companion to him. (36)
And most surely they (Satans) turn them from the Way (of Allah), and they think that they are on Hidayet. (37)
43/Az-Zukhruf-38: Haattea izea ceaanea keala yea layta baynee va baynaka bu’dal mashrikaayni fa bi’sal kaareen(kaareenu).
When he (one of them) came to Us (on the Doomsday), he said: “Wish that between me and you there were the distance of the two easts”. This is a terrible closeness! (38)
43/Az-Zukhruf-39: Va lan yanfaaakumul yavma iz zaalamtum annakum feel aazeabi mushtarikoon(mushtarikoona).
And nothing profits you today. You had done wrong. Surely you are partners in the Torment. (39)
43/Az-Zukhruf-40: A fa anta tusmius summa av tahdeel umya va man keana fee daalealin mubeen(mubeenin).
Will you then make the deaf to hear? Or will you deliver the blind and those who are in clear Misguidance to Hidayet? (40)
43/Az-Zukhruf-41: Fa immea nazhabanna bika fa innea minhum muntakımoon(muntakımoona).
But We will also take you away from them (end your life). We surely are the One who then shall take vengeance on them. (41)
43/Az-Zukhruf-42: Av nuriyannakallazee vaaaadneahum fa innea aalayhim muktadiroon(muktadiroona).
Or, We will certainly show you that which (the Torment) We have promised them. Because surely We have full Power over them. (42)
43/Az-Zukhruf-43: Fastamsik billazee oohıya ilayk(ilayka), innaka aalea sıreatın mustakeem(mustakeemin).
Therefore hold fast to that which has been revealed to you. Surely you are on Sıratı Mustakîm (the Path directed to Allah). (43)
And most surely that (Qur’an) is indeed a reminder (advise) for you and for your people, and you shall be responsible (of Qur’an). (44)
43/Az-Zukhruf-45: Vas’al man arsalnea min kaablika min rusulinea a caaalnea min doonir raahmeani ealihatan yu’badoon(yu’badoona).
And ask those of Our Messengers whom We sent before you that if We ever appointed gods to be worshipped besides the Most-Beneficent? (45)
43/Az-Zukhruf-46: Va lakaad arsalnea moosea bi eayeatinea ilea fir’aavna va maleaihee fa keala innee rasoolu raabbil ealameen(ealameena).
And certainly We sent Moses with Our Verses (miracles) to Pharaoh and his (people’s) notables. (Then) he said (to them): “Surely I am a Messenger of the Lord of the Worlds”. (46)
43/Az-Zukhruf-47: Fa lammea ceaahum bi eayeatinea izeahum minhea yaadhaakoon(yaadhaakoona).
But when (Moses) came to them with Our Verses (miracles), they were laughing (mocking) at them. (47)
43/Az-Zukhruf-48: Va mea nureehim min eayatin illea hiya akbaru min uhtihea va ahaazneahum bil aazeabi laaallahum yarcioon(yarcioona).
And We did not show them a Verse (a miracle) but it was greater than the other, and We seized them with the torment, in order that they might turn (to Allah). (48)
43/Az-Zukhruf-49: Va kealoo yea ayyuhas seahırud’u lanea raabbaka bimea aahida ındaka innanea la muhtadoon(muhtadoona).
And they said: “O magician, call on your Lord for us, for the sake of the covenant that you have with Allah (that He shall remove this torment from us)! (In that case) We shall surely be on Hidayet”. (49)
43/Az-Zukhruf-50: Fa lammea kashafnea aan humul aazeaba izea hum yankusoon(yankusoona).
But when We remove from them the torment, they brake (their pledge). (50)
43/Az-Zukhruf-51: Va neadea fir’aavnu fee kaavmihee keala yea kaavmi a laysa lee mulku mısraa va heazihil anhearu tacree min taahtee, a fa lea tubsiroon(tubsiroona).
And Pharaoh proclaimed amongst his people: “O my people, is not mine the kingdom of Egypt? And these rivers flowing beneath me? Do you not still see”? (51)
43/Az-Zukhruf-52: Am ana haayrun min heazallazee huva maheenun va lea yakeadu yubeen(yubeenu).
Or, (am I not) better than that weak one who can hardly express himself clearly (cannot talk normal)? (52)
