Surah Al-Jinn

Bismillaah ir rahmaan ir raheem

72/Al-Jinn-1: Kul oohıya ilayya annahustamaaa nafarun minal cinni fa kealoo innea sami’nea kur’eanan aacabea(aacaban).
Say: “It has been revealed to me that a group of the jinn listened (to the Qur’ân) and they said: Surely we have heard a wonderful, beautiful Qur’ân”. (1)
72/Al-Jinn-2: Yahdee ilar rushdi fa eamannea bih(bihee), va lan nushrika bi raabbinea ahaadea(ahaadan).
“It (Qur’ân) guides to Irshad (the immaterial Maturity), so we have believed in it, and we shall not join anything with our Lord”. (2)
72/Al-Jinn-3: Va annahu taealea caddu raabbinea mattahaaza seahıbatan va lea valadea(valadan).
And our Lord’s Majesty is so exalted. (We believe that) He has taken neither an owner (wife) nor a son. (3)
72/Al-Jinn-4: Va annahu keana yakoolu safeehunea aalealleahi shataatea(shataataan).
And (we believe that) the foolish amongst us (Lucifer) uttered against Allah fallacious (non-sense) things. (4)
72/Al-Jinn-5: Va annea zaanannea an lan takoolal insu val cinnu aalealleahi kazibea(kaziban).
And that we truly thought that the humans and the jinn never utter a lie against Allah. (5)
72/Al-Jinn-6: Va annahu keana ricealun minal insi yaoozoona bi ricealin minal cinni fa zeadoohum rahakea(rahakaan).
And verily, there were the males among mankind were taking shelter with the males among the jinn. So they increased their (jinn’s) transgression. (6)
72/Al-Jinn-7: Va annahum zaannoo kamea zaanantum an lan yab’aasaalleahu ahaadea(ahaadan).
And indeed they also supposed as you supposed, that Allah would not raise anyone. (7)
And that we indeed touched the heaven, then we found it filled with strong guards and Shuhûb (flaming fires). (8)
72/Al-Jinn-9: Va annea kunnea naak’udu minhea makeaıda lis sam’i fa man yastamiıl eana yacid lahu shiheaban raasaadea(raasaadan).
And that we truly used to sit in the sitting-places thereof to listen (to the words of angels). But he who would try to listen now finds a Shuhûb (flaming fire) watching (following) him. (9)
72/Al-Jinn-10: Va annea lea nadree asharrun ureeda bi man feel aardı am areada bi him raabbuhum rashadea(rashadan).
And that we truly do not know whether evil is intended for those on earth, or whether their Lord intended for them their attaining to Irshad (immaterial maturity). (10)
72/Al-Jinn-11: Va annea minnas sealihoona va minnea doona zealik(zealika), kunnea taareaikaa kıdadea(kıdadan).
And truly we are that some of us are the improved ones and some others are far from that. We have been (groups) in different ways. (11)
72/Al-Jinn-12: Va annea zaanannea an lan nu’cizaalleaha feel aardı va lan nu’cizahu harabea(haraban).
And truly we have understood that we cannot render Allah impotent in the earth, nor can we render Him impotent escaping (from Him). (12)
72/Al-Jinn-13: Va annea lammea sami’nal hudea eamannea bih(bihee), fa man yu’min bi raabbihee fa lea yaheafu baahsan va lea rahakea(rahakaan).
And truly when we heard the Hidayet, we believed in it. So whoever believes in his Lord shall have no fear, either of not being given his due or of being wronged. (13)
72/Al-Jinn-14: Va annea minnal muslimoona va minnal keasitoon(keasitoona), fa man aslama fa uleaika tahaarrav rashadea(rashadan).
And that surely some of us are those who have surrendered (to Allah), and some of us are “Al-Qâsitûn” (those whose hearts have been darkened and hardened). So whoever has surrendered (to Allah, whoever has submitted the spirit to Allah), these are the ones who seek becoming Irshad (surrendering the soul and the free will). (14)
72/Al-Jinn-15: Va ammal keasitoona fa keanoo li cahannama haataabea(haataabaan).
And but the Qâsitûn (those whose hearts have been darkened and hardened because of not doing “Dhikr”), that they have become firewood for Hell. (15)
72/Al-Jinn-16: Va an lavistakeamoo aaleat taareekaati la askaayneahum meaan gaadakea(gaadakaan).
And if they turned (to Allah) being on the roads (Tariqat), we would have certainly give them to drink of abundant water (We would have sent them plenty of mercy). (16)
72/Al-Jinn-17: Li naftinahum feeh(feehi), va man yu’rıd aan zikri raabbihee yaslukhu aazeaban saaaadea(saaaadan).
So that we might try them with respect to it. And whoever turns away from the Dhikr Reminder (the remembrance) of his Lord, He makes him enter into ever growing torment. (17)
72/Al-Jinn-18: Va annal maseacida lilleahi fa lea tad’oo maaaalleahi ahaadea(ahaadan).
And truly the places of worship (the Masjids) are for Allah. Therefore do not call upon any others with Allah. (18)
72/Al-Jinn-19: Va annahu lammea keama aabdulleahi yadoohu keadoo yakoonoona aalayhi libadea(libadan).
And truly when the servant of Allah (Mohammed) stood up calling (reciting the Qur’an) upon Him (Allah) they were gathering (around him) almost one upon another. (19)
72/Al-Jinn-20: Kul innamea ad’oo raabbee va lea ushriku bihee ahaadea(ahaadan).
Say: “I only call upon my Lord, and I do not associate anyone with Him”. (20)
72/Al-Jinn-21: Kul innee lea amliku lakum daarran va lea rashadea(rashadan).
Say: “It is not in my power to cause you harm, or to make you attain to Irshad (the spiritual maturity)”. (21)
72/Al-Jinn-22: Kul innee lan yuceeranee minaalleahi ahaadun va lan acida min doonihee multahaadea(multahaadan).
Say: “Surely no one can protect me against something from Allah, nor can I find besides Him (Allah) any place of refuge”. (22)
72/Al-Jinn-23: Illea baleagaan minaalleahi risealeatihee, va man yaa’sılleaha va rasoolahu fa inna lahu neara cahannama healideena feehea abadea(abadan).
(This is) only a conveyance of what is from Allah and His Message. And whoever rebels against Allah and His Messenger, then surely for him there is the Fire of Hell to abide in it forever. (23)
72/Al-Jinn-24: Haattea izea raav mea yooaadoona fa sa yaa’lamoona man aad’aafu neasıran va akaallu aadadea(aadadan).
Finally, when they see what they are promised then shall they know soon whose helper is weaker and less in number. (24)
72/Al-Jinn-25: Kul in adree a kaareebun mea tooaadoona am yac’aalu lahu raabbee amadea(amadaan).
Say: “(I would have let you know) if I knew whether that which you are promised is near or whether my Lord will give it a distant term”? (25)
72/Al-Jinn-26: EAlimul gaaybi fa lea yuzhiru aalea gaaybihee ahaadea(ahaadan).
He (Allah) is the Knower of the Unseen! But He does not disclose His Unseen to anyone. (26)
72/Al-Jinn-27: Illea manirtadea min rasoolin fa innahu yasluku min bayni yadayhi va min haalfihee raasaadea(raasaadan).
Except of the Rasul (Messenger) with him He is Well-Pleased (to him who has attained to the Total Consent of Allah)! In that case He assigns watching guards before and behind them. (27)
72/Al-Jinn-28: Li yaa’lama an kaad ablagoo rısealeati raabbihim va aheataa bimea ladayhim va aahsea kulla shay’in aadadea(aadadan).
So that they may know that they have truly conveyed the Messages of their Lord. And He (Allah) had encompassed what is with them (with His Knowledge). And He had counted and recorded the number of all things. (28)
