Surah An-Najm

Bismillaah ir rahmaan ir raheem

53/An-Najm-1: Van nacmi izea havea.
By the star when it disappears. (1)
53/An-Najm-2: Mea daalla seahıbukum va mea gaavea.
Your owner has not fallen in Misguidance nor turned extravagant. (2)
53/An-Najm-3: Va mea yantıku aanil havea.
And he does not speak out of his own vain desire. (3)
53/An-Najm-4: In huva illea vaahyun yoohea.
(What he says is) only the Revelation that is revealed to him. (4)
53/An-Najm-5: AAllamahu shadeedul kuvea.
The one who is mighty and severe (Gabriel) has taught him. (5)
53/An-Najm-6: Zoo mirrah(mirratin), fastavea.
He (Gabriel) is the possessor of strength and magnificence. So he rose (turned). (6)
53/An-Najm-7: Va huva bil ufukil aa’lea.
And he (appeared) on the uppermost section of the horizon. (7)
53/An-Najm-8: Summa danea fa tadallea.
Then he approached and came down. (8)
53/An-Najm-9: Fa keana keaba kaavsayni av adnea.
So he became at a distance of two bows’ length, or (even) closer. (9)
53/An-Najm-10: Fa avhea ilea aabdihee mea avhea.
So he revealed what He had to reveal to His servant. (10)
53/An-Najm-11: Mea kazabal fueadu mea raea.
The seeing of the heart (sense of seeing) did not deny what he saw (with the eyes of his spirit). (11)
53/An-Najm-12: A fa tumear roonahu aalea mea yarea.
Or do you dispute with him as to what he saw? (12)
53/An-Najm-13: Va lakaad raeahu nazlatan uhrea.
And certainly he also saw him during another descent. (13)
53/An-Najm-14: Inda sidratil muntahea.
Near the Sidrat-ul Muntaha. (14)
53/An-Najm-15: Indahea cannatul ma’vea.
Next to it (Sidrat-ul Muntaha) is Me’vâ heaven. (15)
53/An-Najm-16: Iz yaagshas sidrata mea yaagshea.
What covers the Sidra was covering it. (16)
53/An-Najm-17: Mea zeagaal baasaaru va mea tagea.
The sight did not slip nor exceeded the limit. (17)
53/An-Najm-18: Lakaad raea min eayeati raabbihil kubrea.
Certainly he did see (some) of the Greatest Signs of his Lord. (18)
53/An-Najm-19: A fa raaytumul leata val uzzea.
Have you seen Al-Lât and Al-Uzzâ? (19)
53/An-Najm-20: Va maneatas sealisatal uhrea.
And (have you seen) the other, the third one, Manât? (20)
53/An-Najm-21: A lakumuz zakaru va lahul unsea.
Is it for you the males and for Him the females? (21)
53/An-Najm-22: Tilka izan kısmatun deezea.
If this is the case, indeed is an unfair division. (22)
53/An-Najm-23: In hiya illea asmeaun sammaytumoohea antum va eabeaukum mea anzalaalleahu bihea min sultean(sulteanin), in yattabioona illaz zaanna va mea tahval anfus(anfusu), va lakaad ceaahum min raabbihimul hudea.
They (these names) are but names which you and your fathers have named. Allah has sent down for them no Sultan (proof). They follow nothing but conjecture and what their souls desire. And certainly the Hidayet has come to them from their Lord. (23)
53/An-Najm-24: Am lil inseani mea tamannea.
Or is there for man only whatever he wishes (desires)? (24)
53/An-Najm-25: Fa lilleahil eahiratu val oolea.
But to Allah belongs the Before and After (this world and the Hereafter). (25)
53/An-Najm-26: Va kam min malakin fees sameaveati lea tugnee shafeaaatuhum shay’an illea min baa’di an ya’zanaalleahu liman yasheau va yardea.
And how many angels are there in the heavens whose intercession does not avail at all except after Allah has given permission to whom He wills and is Pleased with (the Imam of the Time, the one who is under control of Allah with His Consent). (26)
53/An-Najm-27: Innallazeena lea yu’minoona bil eahirati la yusammoonal maleaikata tasmiyatal unsea.
Most surely those who do not believe in the hereafter (in having their spirits reach Allah before death and in the Day of Resurrection) name the angels with female names. (27)
53/An-Najm-28: Va mea lahum bihee min ilm(ilmin), in yattabioona illaz zaann(zaanna), va innaz zaanna lea yugnee minal haakkı shay'ea(shay’an).
And they have no knowledge (of the angels). They do not follow anything but conjecture, and surely conjecture does not avail towards the truth at all. (28)
53/An-Najm-29: Fa aa'rıd aan man tavallea aan zikrinea va lam yurid illal haayeatad dunyea.
Therefore withdraw from those who turn away from Our reminder (Dhikr) and does not desire anything but the life of this world. (29)
53/An-Najm-30: Zealika mablaguhum minal ilm(ilmi), inna raabbaka huva aa’lamu bi man daalla aan sabeelihee va huva aa’lamu bi manihtadea.
This is (only) what they can attain of knowledge. Surely your Lord that knows best him who goes astray from His Way and He knows best him who has reached Hidayet. (30)
53/An-Najm-31: Va lilleahi mea fees sameaveati va mea feel aardı li yacziyallazeena aseaoo bimea aamiloo va yaczeeyallazeena aahsanoo bil husnea.
And for Allah is what is in the heavens and what is in the earth, that He may punish those who do evil with that which they have done, and reward those who do good, with what is better. (31)
53/An-Najm-32: Allazeena yactaniboona kabeairal ismi val faveahısha illeal lamam(lamama), inna raabbaka veasiul maagfirah(maagfirati), huva aa'lamu bikum iz anshaakum minal aardı va iz antum a cinnatun fee butooni ummaheatikum, fa lea tuzakkoo anfusakum, huva aa'lamu bi manittakea.
They are the ones that refrain from serious sins and the indecencies except the small ones. Surely your Lord is the One Who is Vast in Forgiveness. He is the One Who knows you better. He had created you from the earth and you were embryos in the wombs of your mothers. So do not put your souls in the clear (do not assert that you have cleansed your souls). He (Allah) knows better who the owner of piety is. (32)
53/An-Najm-33: A fa ra’aytallazee tavallea.
Did you see those who turned away (from Allah)? (33)
53/An-Najm-34: Va aa’tea kaaleelan va akdea.
And he gave a little, then stopped the rest (gave up, did not give)? (34)
53/An-Najm-35: A indahu ilmul gaaybi fa huva yarea.
Is the knowledge of the Unseen with him? So does he see? (35)
53/An-Najm-36: Am lam yunabba’ bimea fee suhufi moosea.
Or, has he not been informed of what is in the Pages of Moses? (36)
53/An-Najm-37: Va ibreaheemallazee vaffea.
And Abraham that he fulfilled (the Commandments of Allah). (37)
53/An-Najm-38: Allea taziru veaziratun vizra uhrea.
Truly no sinful bears the burden (sin) of another. (38)
53/An-Najm-39: Va an laysa lil inseani illea mea saea.
And there is nothing for man but to work. (39)
53/An-Najm-40: Va anna saa’yahu savfa yurea.
And his work (deeds) shall soon be seen. (40)
53/An-Najm-41: Summa yuczeahul cazeaal avfea.
Then its worth will be paid in full. (41)
53/An-Najm-42: Va anna ilea raabbikal muntahea.
And the Return in the end is certainly to your Lord. (42)
53/An-Najm-43: Va annahu huva aadhaaka va abkea.
And surly it is He Who makes laugh, and weep. (43)
53/An-Najm-44: Va annahu huva ameata va aahyea.
And indeed it is He Who causes death and gives life. (44)
53/An-Najm-45: Va annahu haalaakaaz zavcayniz zakara val unsea.
And certainly He created male and female pairs. (45)
53/An-Najm-46: Min nutfatin izea tumnea.
From a (drop of) sperm when the semen is ejaculated. (46)
53/An-Najm-47: Va anna aalayhin nash’atal uhrea.
And surely on Him is the bringing-forth (the second revival) after this. (47)
53/An-Najm-48: Va annahu huva aagnea va aaknea.
And definitely He, it is He Who makes rich and wealthy. (48)
53/An-Najm-49: Va annahu huva raabbush shı’rea.
And certainly He is the Lord of the Sirius. (49)
53/An-Najm-50: Va annahoo ahlaka eadanil oolea.
And surly He destroyed the former Âd (people). (50)
53/An-Najm-51: Va samooda famea abkea.
And Thamûd (as well). So He did not render anyone permanent (He left no one behind). (51)
53/An-Najm-52: Va kaavma noohın min kaabl(kaablu), innahum keanoo hum aazlama va aatgea.
And (He destroyed) the people of Noah before. Surely they were more unjust and insolent. (52)
53/An-Najm-53: Val moo’tafikata ahvea.
And (Gabriel lifted up and) buried in ground the over-thrown city. (53)
53/An-Najm-54: Fa gaashsheahea mea gaashshea.
So there covered (the torment) it (that people) with such a cover. (54)
53/An-Najm-55: Fa bi ayyi ealeai raabbika tatamearea.
Then which of the blessings of your Lord do you doubt? (55)
53/An-Najm-56: Heazea nazeerun minan nuzuril oolea.
This Warner is a Warner of the Warners of old. (56)
53/An-Najm-57: Azifatil eazifah(eazifatu).
What draws near, drew near. (57)
53/An-Najm-58: Laysa lahea min doonilleahi keashifah(keashifatun).
There is none besides Allah to discover it. (58)
53/An-Najm-59: A fa min heazal haadeesi taa’caboon(taa’caboona).
Do you then consider this statement strange? (59)
53/An-Najm-60: Va tadhaakoona va lea tabkoon(tabkoona).
And you are laughing and not weeping. (60)
53/An-Najm-61: Va antum seamidoon(seamidoona).
And you are the ones indulged in amusement in heedlessness. (61)
53/An-Najm-62: Fascudoo lilleahi vaa’budoo.
So prostrate yourselves before Allah and become servants (to Him)! (62)
