However who snatches off a word at once, there follows (reaches and destroys) him a brightly shining flame. (10)

37/As-Saffat-88: Fa naazaaraa naazraatan feen nucoom(nucoomi).
Then he looked at the stars, looking up once. (88)
37/As-Saffat-89: Fa keala innee saakeem(saakeemun).
Then he said: “Surely I am sick”. (89)
37/As-Saffat-90: Fa tavallav aanhu mudbireen(mudbireena).
So they went away from him, turning their back. (90)
37/As-Saffat-91: Fareagaa ilea ealihatihim fa keala a lea ta’kuloon(ta’kuloona).
Then he turned aside to their gods and said: “So, do you not eat”? (91)
37/As-Saffat-93: Fareagaa aalayhim daarban bil yameen(yameeni).
Then he knocked (broke) them hitting with his right hand. (93)
37/As-Saffat-94: Fa aakbaloo ilayhi yaziffoon(yaziffoona).
So they advanced towards him, hastening. (94)
37/As-Saffat-95: Keala a taa’budoona mea tanhıtoon(tanhıtoona).
(Abraham) said: “Do you worship what you carved out”? (95)
37/As-Saffat-96: Vaalleahu haalaakaakum va mea taa’maloon(taa’maloona).
Whereas Allah has (however) created you and what you make. (96)
37/As-Saffat-97: Kealoobnoo lahu bunyeanan fa alkoohu feel caaheem(caaheemi).
They said: “Build up for him high buildings (catapult), then cast him into the blazing fire”! (97)
37/As-Saffat-98: Fa areadoo bihee kaydan fa caaalnea humul asfaleen(asfaleena).
Then they desired to prepare a plot against him. Upon that we made them the most despicable. (98)
37/As-Saffat-99: Va keala innee zeahibun ilea raabbee sayahdeen(sayahdeeni).
And he said: “Verily, I will be the one reaching my Lord. He will make me reach Hidayet”. (99)
37/As-Saffat-100: Raabbi hab lee minas sealiheen(sealiheena).
My Lord, grant me (children) of the improved ones (Sâlihîn). (100)

37/As-Saffat-101: Fa bashsharneahu bi guleamin haaleem(haaleemin).
So We gave him the glad tidings of a gentle son. (101)

And when he attained to the age of working with him, he said: “O my beloved son! Surely I have seen in a dream that I should sacrifice you. So look (think). What is your opinion about this matter”? (Ishmael) said: “O my beloved father! Do what you are commanded. If Allah wills, you will find me of the patient ones”. (102)

37/As-Saffat-104: Va neadayneahu an yea ibreaheem(ibreaheemu).
And We called out to him saying: “O Abraham”! (104)
37/As-Saffat-105: Kaad saaddaaktar ru’yea, innea kazealika naczeel muhsineen(muhsineena).
You have indeed remained faithful to the dream (you have fulfilled the dream). Surely thus do We reward the Muhsinîn (good-doers). (105)
37/As-Saffat-106: Inna heazea la huval baleaul mubeen(mubeenu).
Most surely this is a manifest test. (106)

37/As-Saffat-107: Va fadayneahu bi zibhın aazeem(aazeemin).
And We ransomed a great sacrifice for it (for your son). (107)
37/As-Saffat-108: Va taraknea aalayhi feel eahireen(eahireena).
And We left for him (an honorable remembrance) among the later generations. (108)
37/As-Saffat-110: Kazealika naczeel muhsineen(muhsineena).
Thus do We reward the Muhsinîn (good-doers). (110)
37/As-Saffat-111: Innahu min ibeadinal moo’mineen(moo’mineena).
Surely he is one of our believing servants (who has obtained all the ranks by wishing to reach Allah). (111)
37/As-Saffat-112: Va bashsharneahu bi isheakaa nabiyyan minas sealiheen(sealiheena).
And We gave him the glad tidings of Isaac, a Prophet of the Salihîn (Improved ones). (112)
37/As-Saffat-113: Va bearaknea aalayhi va aalea isheak(isheakaa), va min zurriyyatihimea muhsinun va zealimun li nafsihi mubeen(mubeenun).
And, We blessed (We gave abundance to) him (Abraham) and Isaac. And from both of their offspring are the good-doers and (also) those who plainly wrong themselves. (113)
37/As-Saffat-114: Va lakaad manannea aalea moosea va hearoon(hearoona).
And certainly We conferred a blessing on Moses and Aaron. (114)
37/As-Saffat-115: Va naccaynea humea va kaavma humea minal karbil aazeem(aazeemi).
And We delivered them both and their people from the great distress. (115)
37/As-Saffat-116: Va naasaarneahum fa keanoo humul gealibeen(gealibeena).
And We helped them so they became the victors. (116)
37/As-Saffat-117: Va eataynea humal kiteabal mustabeen(mustabeena).

And We made them both reach the Sıratı Mustakîm (the Path directed towards Allah). (118)
37/As-Saffat-119: Va taraknea aalayhimea feel eahireen(eahireena).

37/As-Saffat-121: Innea kazealika naczeel muhsineen(muhsineena).
Thus do We reward the Muhsinîn (good-doers). (121)

37/As-Saffat-123: Va inna ilyeasa la minal mursaleen(mursaleena).
And verily, Iliyâs (Elias) is of the sent (as Messenger). (123)
37/As-Saffat-124: Iz keala li kaavmihee a lea tattakoon(tattakoona).
(Elias) had said to his people: “Will you not be the owners of piety”? (124)
37/As-Saffat-125: Atad’oona baa’lan va tazaroona aahsanal healikeen(healikeena).
Do you worship Ba’l (who is an idol)? And forsake the best of the creators? (125)
37/As-Saffat-127: Fa kazzaboohu fa inna hum la muhdaaroon(muhdaaroona).
But they belied him (Elias). Therefore they certainly shall be made to be present (in Hell) for sure. (127)
37/As-Saffat-128: Illea ibeadaalleahil muhlaaseen(muhlaaseena).
Except the Muhlasîn (the utterly pure) servants of Allah. (128)
37/As-Saffat-129: Va taraknea aalayhi feel eahireen(eahireena).
And We left for him (an honorable remembrance) among the later generations. (129)

37/As-Saffat-130: Saleamun aalea ilyeaseen(ilyeaseena).
Peace be upon Iliyâs (Elias). (130)

37/As-Saffat-133: Va inna lootaan la minal mursaleen(mursaleena).
And Lût (Lot) is truly one of those sent (Messengers). (133)
37/As-Saffat-134: Iz naccayneahu va ahlahoo acmaaeen(acmaaeena).
We delivered him and his household altogether. (134)
37/As-Saffat-135: Illea aacoozan feel geabireen(geabireena).
Except an old woman who remained behind. (135)
37/As-Saffat-136: Summa dammarnal eahaareen(eahaareena).
Then We destroyed (exterminated) the others. (136)
37/As-Saffat-137: Va innakum la tamurroona aalayhim musbiheen(musbiheena).
And most surely you stop by them in the morning. (137)
37/As-Saffat-138: Va bil layl(layli), a fa lea taa’kıloon(taa’kıloona).
And at night too. Do you still not then use your intelligence? (138)
37/As-Saffat-139: Va inna yoonusa la minal mursaleen(mursaleena).
And Yûnus (Jonah) is one of those sent (Messengers). (139)
37/As-Saffat-140: Iz abakaa ilal fulkil mashhoon(mashhooni).
He had run away to (in) a laden ship. (140)
37/As-Saffat-141: Fa seahama fa keana minal mudhaadeen(mudhaadeena).
And then he cast lots, and he was of those who lost. (141)
37/As-Saffat-142: Faltakaamahul hootu va huva muleem(muleemun).
So a fish swallowed him (Jonah). He was blameworthy (he was blaming himself). (142)
37/As-Saffat-144: La labisa fee baatnihee ilaa yavmi yub’aasoon(yub’aasoona).

37/As-Saffat-145: Fa nabazneahu bil aareai va huva saakeem(saakeemun).
Upon that We cast him on to a vacant surface of the earth (on a naked shore) while he was exhausted. (145)
37/As-Saffat-146: Va anbatnea aalayhi shacaratan min yaakteen(yaakteenin).
And we caused a plant of gourd to grow above him (to create a shadow). (146)
37/As-Saffat-147: Va arsalneahu ilea miati alfin av yazeedoon(yazidoona).
And We sent him to a hundred thousand (people) or even more (as a Messenger). (147)
37/As-Saffat-148: Fa eamanoo fa mattaa’neahum ilea heen(heenin).
So they believed (became âmenû, wished to reach Allah while they were alive). So We gave them provision till a time. (148)
37/As-Saffat-149: Fastaftihim a li raabbikal baneatu va lahumul banoon(banoona).
Go ahead, ask them an explanation: “Whether your Lord has daughters and they have sons”? (149)
37/As-Saffat-150: Am haalaaknal maleaikata ineasan va hum sheahidoon(sheahidoona).
Or did We create the angels as females while they were witnesses? (150)
37/As-Saffat-151: A lea innahum min ifkihim la yakooloon(yakooloona).
Now surely it is of their own lie that they say (certain things). (151)
37/As-Saffat-152: Valadaalleahu va innahum la keaziboon(keaziboona).
“Allah has begotten”. Most surely they are indeed liars. (152)
37/As-Saffat-153: AAstaafal baneati aalal baneen(baneena).
Has (Allah) chosen daughters in preference to sons? (153)
37/As-Saffat-154: Mea lakum, kayfa taahkumoon(taahkumoona).
What is the matter with you? How do you judge (like this)? (154)
37/As-Saffat-155: A fa lea tazakkaroon(tazakkaroona).
Will you not then deliberate? (155)
37/As-Saffat-156: Am lakum sulteanun mubeen(mubeenun).
Or do you have a plain authority (proof)? (156)
37/As-Saffat-157: Fa’too bi kiteabikum in kuntum seadikeen(seadikeena).
Then bring your Book, if you are truthful. (157)
And they have made up (invented) a kinship between Allah and the jinn, and certainly the jinn did know that they would be made to be present (in Hell) (158)
37/As-Saffat-159: Subheanaalleahi aammea yaasifoon(yaasifoona).
Glory be to Allah! He is free from what they describe (from their conjecture). (159)
37/As-Saffat-160: Illea ibeadaalleahil muhlaaseen(muhlaaseena).
Except Muhlasîn (the utterly pure) servants of Allah. (160)
37/As-Saffat-161: Fa innakum va mea taa’budoon(taa’budoona).
After this surely you and what you worship. (161)
37/As-Saffat-162: Mea antum aalayhi bi featineen(featineena).
You cannot cause anyone to fall into mischief against Him (Allah). (162)
37/As-Saffat-163: Illea man huva sealil caaheem(caaheemi).
Except those who will go to Hell. (163)
37/As-Saffat-164: Va mea minnea illea lahu maakeamun maa’loom(maa’loomun).
And there is none from us but has a known rank. (164)
37/As-Saffat-165: Va innea la naahnus seaffoon(seaffoona).
And most surely we are the ones who stand in rows (in the Presence of Allah). (165)
37/As-Saffat-166: Va innea la naahnul musabbihoon(musabbihoona).
And we are most surely the ones who glorify (Allah). (166)
37/As-Saffat-167: Va in keanoo la yakooloon(yakooloona).
And surely they only used to say: (167)
37/As-Saffat-168: Lav anna indanea zikran minal avvaleen(avvaleena).
“If only we had with us a Reminder (a Book) like the one given to the ones before us”. (168)
37/As-Saffat-169: La kunnea ibeadaalleahil muhlaaseen(muhlaaseena).
(Then) we would certainly have been the Muhlasîn (the utterly pure) servants of Allah. (169)
37/As-Saffat-170: Fa kafaroo bih(bihee), fa savfa yaa’lamoon(yaa’lamoona).
Regardless of this, they disbelieved in it (in the Reminder, the Qur’ân). But they will come to know soon. (170)
37/As-Saffat-171: Va lakaad sabakaat kalimatunea li ibeadinal mursaleen(mursaleena).
And certainly Our Word has already gone forth for Our servants sent (they were promised). (171)
37/As-Saffat-172: Innahum la humul mansooroon(mansooroona).
Most surely they are the ones who will be assisted. (172)
37/As-Saffat-173: Va inna cundanea la humul gealiboon(gealiboona).
And most surely Our armies shall be the victorious ones. (173)
37/As-Saffat-174: Fa tavalla aanhum haattea heen(heenin).
Therefore turn away from them till a time. (174)
37/As-Saffat-175: Va absirhum fa savfa yubsiroon(yubsiroona).
