Surah Fatir

Bismillaah ir rahmaan ir raheem

35/Fatir-1: Alhaamdu lilleahi featırıs sameaveati val aardı ceailil maleaikati rusulan ulee acnihaatin masnea va suleasa va rubeaaa, yazeedu feel haalkı mea yasheau, innaalleaha aalea kulli shay’in kaadeer(kaadeerun).
All praise is due to Allah, the Creator of the heavens and the earth, the Assigner of the angels as Rasuls (messengers) with two, three and four wings. He increases in Creation what He wills; surely He has Power over all things. (1)
35/Fatir-2: Mea yaftahilleahu lin neasi min raahmatin fa lea mumsika lahea, va mea yumsik fa lea mursila lahu min baa’dih(baa’dihee), va huval aazeezul haakeem(haakeemu).
Whatever Allah opens (increases) to men of His Mercy, there is none to withhold it, and whatever He withholds there is none to send it forth (release) after that. And He is the All-Mighty, the All-Wise (the Owner of Wisdom and Judgment). (2)
35/Fatir-3: Yea ayyuhan neasuzkuroo ni’mataalleahi aalaykum, hal min healikın gaayrulleahi yarzukukum minas sameai val aard(aardı), lea ileaha illea huva fa annea too’fakoon(too’fakoona).
O mankind! Call to mind (remember) the Blessing of Allah upon you. Is there a creator besides Allah who gives you sustenance from the heavens and the earth? There is no god but He. How then are you being turned away (from the Faith)? (3)
35/Fatir-4: Va in yukazzibooka fa kaad kuzzibat rusulun min kaablik(kaablika), va ilealleahi turcaul umoor(umooru).
And if they belie (deny) you, so were the Messengers belied before you. To Allah are all commands (affairs) returned. (4)
35/Fatir-5: Yea ayyuhan neasu inna vaa’daalleahi haakkun fa lea tagurrannakumul haayeatud dunyea, va lea yagurrannakum billeahil gaaroor(gaarooru).
O mankind! Surely the Promise of Allah is true; therefore let not the life of the world deceive you. Let not the Deceivers deceive you with Allah (having you trust in His Forgiveness). (5)
35/Fatir-6: Innash shayteana lakum aaduvvun fattahızoohu aaduvvea(aaduvvan), innamea yad’oo hızbahu li yakoonoo min aasheabis saeer(saeeri).
Surely the Satan is your enemy, so take him for an enemy. He only summons his faction (supporters) that they may be inmates of the blazing Fire (hell). (6)
35/Fatir-7: Allazeena kafaroo lahum aazeabun shadeed(shadeedun), vallazeena eamanoo va aamiloos sealiheati lahum maagfiratun va acrun kabeer(kabeerun).
Those who disbelieve, for them will be a severe torment, and those who believe (who wish to reach Allah before death) and do improving deeds (do the soul’s cleansing); for them there is Forgiveness and a Great Reward. (7)
35/Fatir-8: A fa man zuyyina lahu soou aamalihee fa raeahu haasanea(haasanan), fa innaalleaha yudıllu man yasheau va yahdee man yasheau, fa lea tazhab nafsuka aalayhim haasareat(haasareatin), innaalleaha aaleemun bimea yasnaoon(yasnaoona).
What! Is he whose evil deed is made fair-seeming to him, so that he considers it as good? Verily, Allah leaves in Misguidance whom He wills and causes him whom He wills to have Hidayet. So let not your soul yearn (in grief) for them. Surely Allah is the All-Knower of what they do. (8)
35/Fatir-9: Vaalleahullazee, arsalar reeyeahaa fa tuseeru saheaban fa sukneahu ilea baladin mayyitin fa aahyaynea bihil aardaa baa’da mavtihea, kazealikan nushoor(nushooru).
And Allah it is Who sends the winds, so raises the clouds. Then We drive it on to a dead land, so therewith We revive the earth after its death (with rain). Even so is the Nushûr (Resurrection and spreading again). (9)
35/Fatir-10: Man keana yureedul izzata fa lilleahil izzatu cameeea(cameeaan), ilayhi yas’aadul kalimut taayyibu val aamalus sealihu yarfauh(yarfauhu), vallazeena yamkuroonas sayyieati lahum aazeabun shadeed(shadeedun), va makru uleaika huva yaboor(yabooru).
Whoever has desired might, then to Allah belongs the might wholly. To Him do ascend the good words. The improving deed (cleansing of the soul) lifts it up. Those who plot evil deeds, theirs will be a severe torment and their plot shall perish (will be wasted). (10)
35/Fatir-11: Vaalleahu haalaakaakum min tureabin summa min nutfatin summa caaalakum azveacea(azveacan), va mea taahmilu min unsea va lea tadaau illea bi ilmih(ilmihee), va mea yuaammaru min muaammarin va lea yunkaasu min umurihee illea fee kiteab(kiteabin), inna zealika aalealleahi yaseer(yaseerun).
And Allah created you from dust, then of a little fluid, then He made you pairs (the male and the female). No female can bear (conceive) nor can she give birth, except with His Knowledge. No one whose life is lengthened has his life lengthened, nor is anything diminished of one’s life, aside from what it is in the Book. Surely this is easy to Allah. (11)
35/Fatir-12: Va mea yastaveel baahreani heazea aazbun fureatun seaigun shareabuhu va heazea milhun uceac(uceacun), va min kullin ta’kuloona laahman taariyyan va tastaahricoona hilyatan talbasoonahea, va taral fulka feehi maveahira li tabtagoo min faadlihee va laaallakum tashkuroon(tashkuroona).
And the two seas cannot be equal. This is delicious and sweet that subdues thirst by its excessive sweetness, pleasant to drink and this (other) is salty, bitter. Yet from each of them you eat fresh meat and bring forth ornaments which you wear (pearl, coral) and you see the ships cleave through it that you may seek of His Virtue. It is hoped that you may give thanks. (12)
35/Fatir-13: Yoolicul layla feen naheari va yoolicun naheara feel layli va sahhaarash shamsa val kaamara kullun yacree li acalin musammea(musamman), zealikumulleahu raabbukum lahul mulk(mulku), vallazeena tad’oona min doonihee mea yamlikoona min kıtmeer(kıtmeerin).
(Allah) causes the night to pass into the day and the day to pass into the night. He has subjected the sun and the moon to His command. Each one runs its course (rotates in its orbit) for an appointed term. This is Allah, your Lord. His is the Sovereignty. Those whom you call upon besides Him do not own even a Qitmir (the thin membrane of a date seed). (13)
35/Fatir-14: In tad’oohum lea yasmaoo dueaakum, va lav samioo mastaceaboo lakum, va yavmal kıyeamati yakfuroona bi shirkikum, va lea yunabbiuka mislu haabeer(haabeerin).
If you call on them, they shall not hear your call. Even if they could hear, they cannot answer you. On the Day of Resurrection they will deny your associating them. And none can bring you the likely of this (this news) (other than Allah). (14)
35/Fatir-15: Yea ayyuhan neasu antumul fukaareau ilealleahi, vaalleahu huval gaaniyyul haameed(haameedu).
O mankind! You are the poor ones who are in need of Allah, and Allah is He Who is the Self-Sufficient (All-Rich, free of all needs), the Praised One. (15)
35/Fatir-16: In yasha’ yuzhibkum va ya’ti bi haalkın cadeed(cadeedin).
If He wills, He will remove (exterminate) you and bring a new creation (to replace you). (16)
35/Fatir-18: Va lea taziroo veaziratun vizra uhrea, va in tad’u muskaalatun ilea himlihea lea yuhmal minhu shay’un va lav keana zea kurbea, innamea tunzirullazeena yaahshavna raabbahum bil gaaybi va akeamoos saaleat(saaleata), va man tazakkea fa innamea yatazakkea li nafsihee, va ilealleahil maaseer(maaseeru).
And no bearer of burdens (sinful) bears another’s burden (sin) and if one heavily laden calls another to (bear) his load, nothing of it will be lifted even though he be near of kin. You warn only those who are in reverence towards their Lord in the Unseen (without seeing Him) and keep up the Prayer. And whoever cleanses himself (his soul), he purifies himself only for his own soul and to Allah is the return (through the soul’s cleansing, the spirit returns to Allah and reaches Allah). (18)
35/Fatir-19: Va mea yastaveel aa’mea val baaseer(baaseeru).
And the blind and the seeing are not equal. (19)
35/Fatir-20: Va laz zulumeatu va lan noor(nooru).
And nor the darkness and the light (are not equal either). (20)
35/Fatir-21: Va laz zıllu va lal haaroor(haarooru).
And nor the shade and the heat (are not equal either). (21)
35/Fatir-22: Va mea yastaveel aahyeau va leal amveat(amveatu), innaalleaha yusmiu man yasheau, va mea anta bi musmiin man feel kuboor(kuboori).
And neither are the living and the dead equal. Surely Allah makes whom He wills hear, and you cannot make those hear who are in the graves. (22)
35/Fatir-23: In anta illea nazeer(nazeerun).
You are only a Warner. (23)
35/Fatir-24: Innea arsalneaka bil haakkı basheeran va nazeerea(nazeeran), va in min ummatin illea haalea feehea nazeer(nazeerun).
Surely We have sent you with the truth as a bearer of glad tidings and a Warner. There is not a nation but a Warner has passed among them. (24)
35/Fatir-25: Va in yukazzibooka fa kaad kazzaballazeena min kaablihim, ceaathum rusuluhum bil bayyineati va biz zuburi va bil kiteabil muneer(muneeri).
And if they are belying you, so did those before them indeed belied (their Messengers). Their Messengers brought to them clear arguments (plain proofs, miracles) and the Psalms (the Pages) and the enlightening Book. (25)
35/Fatir-26: Summa ahaaztullazeena kafaroo fa kayfa keana nakeer(nakeeri).
Then I seized those who disbelieved. After this how was My denial (My being denied)? (26)
35/Fatir-27: A lam tara annaalleaha anzala minas sameai meaan, fa aahracnea bihee samareatin muhtalifan alveanuhea, va minal cibeali cudadun beedun va humrun muhtalifun alveanuhea va gaareabeebu sood(soodun).
Have you not seen that Allah sends down water from the sky? Then We brought forth therewith crops (fruits) of various colors. And among the mountains are paths, white and red, and black and intensely black? (27)
35/Fatir-28: Va minan neasi vad daveabbi val an’eami muhtalifun alveanuhu kazealik(kazealika), innamea yaahshealleaha min ibeadihil ulameau, innaalleaha aazeezun gaafoor(gaafoorun).
And likewise of men, cattle, moving creatures, are of various colors. Those of His servants only who are the learned (scholars) are in reverence towards Allah. Surely Allah is All-Mighty, Oft-Forgiving. (28)
35/Fatir-29: Innallazeena yatloona kiteabaalleahi va akeamoos saaleata va anfakoo mimmea razaakneahum sirran va aaleaniyatan yarcoona ticearatan lan taboor(taboora).
Surely those who recite the Book of Allah and keep up the Prayer and spend out of what We have provided for them secretly and openly, hope for a trade (gain) that will never perish. (29)
35/Fatir-30: Li yuvaffeeyahum ucoorahum va yazeedahum min faadlih(faadlihi), innahu gaafoorun shakoor(shakoorun).
Their wages (rewards) are paid back to them fully and (Allah) increases them out of His Virtue. Surely He is Oft-Forgiving, the One Who is thanked. (30)
35/Fatir-31: Vallazee avhaaynea ilayka minal kiteabi huval haakku musaaddikaan limea bayna yadayh(yadayhi), innaalleaha bi ibeadihee la haabeerun baaseer(baaseerun).
And that which We have revealed to you of the Book is the truth confirming what is in their hands. Verily Allah is indeed All-Aware, and All-Seer of His servants. (31)
35/Fatir-32: Summa avrasneal kiteaballazeenaastaafaynea min ibeadinea, fa minhum zealimun li nafsihee, va minhum muktasid(muktasidun), va minhum seabikun bil haayreati bi iznilleah(iznilleahi), zealika huval faadlul kabeer(kabeeru).
Then We gave the Book as inheritance to those whom We chose from among Our servants. Then of them are those who wrong themselves (their own soul), and of them are those who are Muktesit (those who take the middle course). And of them are those who are foremost in deeds of goodness by Allah’s Permission. That that is a great Virtue! (32)
35/Fatir-33: Canneatu aadnin yadhuloonahea yuhaallavna feehea min aseavira min zahabin va lu’luea(lu’luan), va libeasuhum feehea haareer(haareerun).
(They) shall enter the Gardens of Eden. They shall wear therein bracelets of gold and pearls, and their garments therein are silk. (33)
35/Fatir-34: Va kealool haamdu lilleahillazee azhaba aannal haazan(haazana), inna raabbanea la gaafoorun shakoor(shakoorun).
And they say (said): “All praise is due to Allah, Who has made grief to depart from us, most surely our Lord is Oft-Forgiving, the One Who is thanked”. (34)
35/Fatir-35: Allazee ahaallanea dearal mukeamati min faadlih(faadlihee), lea yamassunea feehea naasaabun va lea yamassunea feehea lugoob(lugoobun).
That He, out of His Virtue, has lodged us in a dwelling, where exhaustion (due to hardship and hunger) will not touch us nor will boredom and weariness touch us. (35)
35/Fatir-36: Vallazeena kafaroo lahum nearu cahannam(cahannama), lea yukdea aalayhim fa yamootoo va lea yuhaaffafu aanhum min aazeabihea, kazealika naczee kulla kafoor(kafoorin).
And as for those who disbelieve (who do not wish to reach Allah before death), for them is the Fire of Hell. The Decision is not given for them so that they should die (according to this Decision), nor shall the torment thereof will be lightened to them. Even thus do We punish every ungrateful one. (36)
35/Fatir-37: Va hum yaastaarihoona feehea, raabbanea aahricnea naa’mal sealihaan gaayrallazee kunnea naa’mal(naa’malu), a va lam nuaammirkum mea yatazakkaru feehi man tazakkara va ceaakumun nazeer(nazeeru), fa zookoo fa mea liz zealimeena min naaseer(naaseerin).
And they cry for help therein: “Our Lord! Take us out; let us do improving deed other than those which we used to do”. Did We not grant you lives long enough, so that whosoever could deliberate to deliberate therein? And did not the Warner come to you? Therefore taste (the torment), because for the wrong-doers there is no helper. (37)
