Surah Al-Inshiqaq

Bismillaah ir rahmaan ir raheem

84/Al-Inshiqaq-1: Izas sameaunshaakkaat.
When the sky is split open. (1)
84/Al-Inshiqaq-2: Va azinat li raabbihea va hukkaat.
And it obeyed its Lord and realized. (2)
84/Al-Inshiqaq-3: Va izal aardu muddat.
And when the earth is stretched forth and became leveled. (3)
84/Al-Inshiqaq-4: Va alkaat mea feehea va tahaallat.
And it cast forth (out) what is in it and became empty. (4)
84/Al-Inshiqaq-5: Va azinat li raabbihea va hukkaat.
And it obeyed its Lord and realized. (5)
84/Al-Inshiqaq-6: Yea ayyuhal inseanu innaka keadihun ilea raabbika kadhaan fa muleakeeh(muleakeehı).
O human! Surely you struggle (against your soul) with a hard struggling (to attain) to your Lord. In the end, you reach Him (you have your spirit reach Allah). (6)
84/Al-Inshiqaq-7: Fa ammea man ootiya kiteabahu bi yameenih(yameenihee).
But as to him who is given his book (his life film) from his right hand side. (7)
84/Al-Inshiqaq-8: Fa savfa yuheasabu hıseaban yaseerea(yaseeran).
He shall be reckoned with by an easy reckoning. (8)
84/Al-Inshiqaq-9: Va yankaalibu ilea ahlihee masroorea(masrooran).
And shall go back to his people in joy. (9)
84/Al-Inshiqaq-10: Va ammea man ootiya kiteabahu vareaa zaahrih(zaahrihee).
And as to him who is given his book (his life film) from his back. (10)
84/Al-Inshiqaq-11: Fa savfa yad’oo suboorea(subooran).
He shall call for death immediately (will pray for his own destruction). (11)
84/Al-Inshiqaq-12: Va yaaslea saaeerea(saaeeran).
And he shall lean on (thrown in) the blazing Fire. (12)
84/Al-Inshiqaq-13: Innahu keana fee ahlihee masroorea(masrooran).
Verily, he was (in the world) among his people in joy! (13)
84/Al-Inshiqaq-14: Innahu zaanna an lan yaahoor(yaahooraa).
Surely he thought that he would never return (to Allah). (14)
84/Al-Inshiqaq-15: Balea, inna raabbahu keana bihee baaseerea(baaseeran).
Nay (that’s not the case)! Surely his Lord does ever see him. (15)
84/Al-Inshiqaq-16: Fa lea uksimu bish shafaak(shafaakı).
After that, Nay! I swear by dawn. (16)
84/Al-Inshiqaq-17: Val layli va mea vasaak(vasaakaa).
And (I swear) to the night and whatever it covers (possesses). (17)
84/Al-Inshiqaq-18: Val kaamari izat tasaak(tasaakaa).
And (I swear) to the moon when its glorious light is completed (when it becomes a full moon). (18)
84/Al-Inshiqaq-19: La tarkabunna taabaakaan aan taabaakın.
Surely you will ride from one layer to another (will go through levels of heavens). (19)
84/Al-Inshiqaq-20: Fa mea lahum lea yu’minoon(yu’minoona).
So what is the matter with them that they do not believe? (20)
84/Al-Inshiqaq-21: Va izea kurıa aalayhimul kur’eanu lea yascudoon(yascudoona).
And when the Qur’ân is recited to them they do not fall prostrate. (21)
84/Al-Inshiqaq-22: Balillazeena kafaroo yukazziboon(yukazziboona).
Nay! Those who deny (disbelievers) belie. (22)
84/Al-Inshiqaq-23: Vaalleahu aa’lamu bimea yoooon(yoooona).
And Allah knows best what (their denials, enmity) they hide (in their hearts). (23)
84/Al-Inshiqaq-24: Fa bashshirhum bi aazeabin aleem(aleemin).
So announce to them a painful torment. (24)
84/Al-Inshiqaq-25: Illallazeena eamanoo va aamiloos sealiheati lahum acrun gaayru mamnoon(mamnoonin).
However those who believe (who wish to reach Allah while they are alive) and do improving deeds (that cleanses the souls’ hearts); for them is a reward that shall never end. (25)
