Those who have abundance spend out of their abundance, and whoever has his means of subsistence straitened to him, let him spend out of that which Allah has given him. Allah does not hold a person responsible with more than He has given him. Allah shall bring about ease after hardship. (7)

Rasul (the Messenger) recites (reads and explains) to you the Verses of Allah so that he may bring forth those who believe (who wish to reach Allah before death) and do improving deeds (the soul’s cleansing) from the layers of utter darkness into the glorious light. And whoever believes in Allah and does improving deed (that ameliorates the soul), He puts him into Heavens under which the rivers flow, to abide therein forever. (The Essence) Allah has been the best sustenance for him (the Messenger). (11)

The Command continues to descend between them (heavens and below ground), that you may know that Allah has Power over all things and that Allah indeed encompasses (surrounds) all things with (His) Knowledge.
