فَلَوْلاَ كَانَتْ قَرْيَةٌ آمَنَتْ فَنَفَعَهَا إِيمَانُهَا إِلاَّ قَوْمَ يُونُسَ لَمَّآ آمَنُواْ كَشَفْنَا عَنْهُمْ عَذَابَ الخِزْيِ فِي الْحَيَاةَ الدُّنْيَا وَمَتَّعْنَاهُمْ إِلَى حِينٍ
﴿٩٨﴾
10/Yunus-98: Fa lav lea keanat kaaryatun eamanat fa nafaaahea eemeanuhea, illea kaavma yoonus(yoonusa), lammea eamanoo kashafnea aanhum aazeabal hızyi feel haayeatid dunyea va mattaa’neahum ilea heen(heenin).
Therefore there should have been a country that believed (was Amenu) so that their belief should have profited them, should not it? When the people of Jonah believed (became Amenu), We removed from them the torment of disgrace in this world’s life and We gave them provision till a certain time. (98)
وَلَوْ شَاء رَبُّكَ لآمَنَ مَن فِي الأَرْضِ كُلُّهُمْ جَمِيعًا أَفَأَنتَ تُكْرِهُ النَّاسَ حَتَّى يَكُونُواْ مُؤْمِنِينَ
﴿٩٩﴾
10/Yunus-99: Va lav sheaa raabbuka la eamana man feel aardı kulluhum cameeea(cameeean), a fa anta tukrihun neasa haattea yakoonu mu’mineen(mu’mineena).
And if your Lord had willed, surely all those who are in the earth would have believed altogether. Will you then force men till they become believers? (99)
وَمَا كَانَ لِنَفْسٍ أَن تُؤْمِنَ إِلاَّ بِإِذْنِ اللّهِ وَيَجْعَلُ الرِّجْسَ عَلَى الَّذِينَ لاَ يَعْقِلُونَ
﴿١٠٠﴾
10/Yunus-100: Va mea keana li nafsin an tu’mina illea bi iznilleah(iznilleahi), va yac’aalur ricsa aaleallazeena lea yaa’kıloon(yaa’kıloona).
And it is not (possible) for a person (soul) to become a Mumin (believer) except by Allah’s Permission. And (Allah) casts punishment (the filth, torment) on those who are not mindful. (100)
قُلِ انظُرُواْ مَاذَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ وَمَا تُغْنِي الآيَاتُ وَالنُّذُرُ عَن قَوْمٍ لاَّ يُؤْمِنُونَ
﴿١٠١﴾
10/Yunus-101: Kulinzuroo meazea fees sameaveati val aard(aardı), va mea tugneel eayeatu van nuzuru aan kaavmin lea yu’minoon(yu’minoona).
Say: “Observe what is in the heavens and earth”! But of no avail will be Verses or warnings to a people who are not Amenu (believe). (101)
فَهَلْ يَنتَظِرُونَ إِلاَّ مِثْلَ أَيَّامِ الَّذِينَ خَلَوْاْ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ قُلْ فَانتَظِرُواْ إِنِّي مَعَكُم مِّنَ الْمُنتَظِرِينَ
﴿١٠٢﴾
10/Yunus-102: Fa hal yantazıroona illea misla ayyeamillazeena haalav min kaablihim, kul fantazıroo innee maaakum minal muntazireen(muntazireena).
So do they wait for (anything) but the like of the days of those who passed away before them? Say: “Wait then; surely I too am with you of those who wait”. (102)
ثُمَّ نُنَجِّي رُسُلَنَا وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ كَذَلِكَ حَقًّا عَلَيْنَا نُنجِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ
﴿١٠٣﴾
10/Yunus-103: Summa nunaccee rusulanea vallazeena eamanoo kazealika, haakkaan aalaynea nuncil mu’mineen(mu’mineena).
Then We save Our Messengers and those who are âmenû (who believe). It is binding on Us to save the believers. (103)
قُلْ يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ إِن كُنتُمْ فِي شَكٍّ مِّن دِينِي فَلاَ أَعْبُدُ الَّذِينَ تَعْبُدُونَ مِن دُونِ اللّهِ وَلَكِنْ أَعْبُدُ اللّهَ الَّذِي يَتَوَفَّاكُمْ وَأُمِرْتُ أَنْ أَكُونَ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ
﴿١٠٤﴾
10/Yunus-104: Kul yea ayyuhean neasu in kuntum fee shakkin min deenee,fa lea aa’budullazeena taa’budoona min doonilleahi, va leakin aa’budulleahallazee yatavaffeakum, va umirtu an akoona minal mu’mineen(mu’mineena).
Say: “O mankind! If you are in doubt as to my religion, then I do not worship those whom you worship besides Allah. But I do serve Allah, Who will cause you to die. And I am commanded that I should be of the believers”. (104)
وَأَنْ أَقِمْ وَجْهَكَ لِلدِّينِ حَنِيفًا وَلاَ تَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ
﴿١٠٥﴾
10/Yunus-105: Va an akim vachaka lid deeni haaneefea, va lea takoonanna minal mushrikeen(mushrikeena).
And direct your face towards the Religion as a Hanîf and never be of the associators. (105)
وَلاَ تَدْعُ مِن دُونِ اللّهِ مَا لاَ يَنفَعُكَ وَلاَ يَضُرُّكَ فَإِن فَعَلْتَ فَإِنَّكَ إِذًا مِّنَ الظَّالِمِينَ
﴿١٠٦﴾
10/Yunus-106: Va lea tad’u min doonilleahi mea lea yanfauka va lea yaadurruka, fa in faaalta fa innaka izan minaz zealimeen(zealimeena).
Do not pray upon things besides Allah on that which can neither benefit you nor harm you. But if you do then, surely you will be in that case of the wrong-doers (Zâlimûn). (106)
