13/Ar-Ra'd-15: Va lilleahi yascudu man fis sameaveati val aardı taav’aan va karhan va zilealuhum bil guduvvi val easeal(easeali).
Whoever is in the heavens and the earth and their shadows fall into prostration unto Allah, day and night, willingly and unwillingly [The shadows of the physical bodies are the soul (Nafs) and the spirit (Ruh). When the physical body prostrates itself, the soul too prostrates itself. The spirit prostrates itself willingly with its virtues. The soul prostrates itself unwillingly because of its vices. If the person has wished to reach Allah, when he attains to the soul’s cleansing stage, then it is the spirit that is preponderant, and the soul also prostrates itself willingly.] (15)
