13/Ar-Ra'd-14: Lahu daa’vatul haakk(haakkı), vallazeena yad’oona min doonihee lea yastaceeboona lahum bi shay’in illea kabeasitı kaffayhi ileal meai li yablugaa feahu va mea huva bi bealigıhee, va mea dueaul keafireena illea fee daaleal(daalealin).
To Him (to Allah Himself) is the call of the Truth. And those they call upon besides Him do not respond to them with a thing. They are like the one who stretches forth his two hands towards water that it may reach his mouth. But it will not reach him. And the invitation of the disbelievers is only to Misguidance (as the water cannot reach their mouths, those who are in Misguidance cannot reach Guidance either). (14)
13/Ar-Ra'd-15: Va lilleahi yascudu man fis sameaveati val aardı taav’aan va karhan va zilealuhum bil guduvvi val easeal(easeali).
Whoever is in the heavens and the earth and their shadows fall into prostration unto Allah, day and night, willingly and unwillingly [The shadows of the physical bodies are the soul (Nafs) and the spirit (Ruh). When the physical body prostrates itself, the soul too prostrates itself. The spirit prostrates itself willingly with its virtues. The soul prostrates itself unwillingly because of its vices. If the person has wished to reach Allah, when he attains to the soul’s cleansing stage, then it is the spirit that is preponderant, and the soul also prostrates itself willingly.] (15)
13/Ar-Ra'd-16: Kul man raabbus sameaveati val aard(aardı), kulilleah(kulilleahu), kul a fattahaaztum min doonihee avliyeaa lea yamlikoona li anfusihim naf’aan va lea daarrea(daarran), kul hal yastavil aa’mea val baaseeru am hal tastaveez zulumeatu van noor(nooru), am caaaloo lilleahi shurakeaa haalaakoo ka haalkıhee fa tasheabahal haalku aalayhim, kulilleahu healiku kulli shay’in va huval veahidul kaahhear(kaahhearu).
Say: “Who is the Lord of the heavens and the earth?” Say: “Allah.” Have you then taken friends other than Him who do not possess even for themselves any benefit or any harm? Say: “Are the blind and the seeing equal, or the darkness and the glorious light?” Or do they assign to Allah partners who created the like of His Creation, so that the creation seemed alike to them? Say: “Allah is the Creator of all things.” And He is the only Demolisher, the most Powerful over everything and the Strongest. (16)
13/Ar-Ra'd-17: Anzala minas sameai meaan fa sealat avdiyatun bi kaadarihea faahtamalas saylu zabadan reabiyea(reabiyan), va mimmea yookıdoona aalayhi feen nearibtigeaa hılyatin av mateaın zabadun misluh(misluhu), kazealika yaadribulleahul haakkaa val beatıl(beatıla), fa ammaz zabadu fa yazhabu cufea’(cufeaan), va ammea mea yanfaaun neasa fa yamkusufeel aard(aardı), kazealika yaadrıbulleahul amseal(amseala).
He sent down water from the sky. So the valleys flew according to their measure. And the torrent bore along the swelling foam. There is also foam like it on which they heat (melt) in the fire, making nice adornments and utensils. Thus Allah gives such examples for the truth and the falsehood. Then the foam passes away. But what profits the people remains in the earth. Allah sets forth such illustrations. (17)
13/Ar-Ra'd-18: Lillazeenastaceaboo li raabbihimul husnea, vallazeena lam yastaciboo lahu lav anna lahum mea feel aardı cameeaan va mislahu maaahu laftadav bihee, uleaika lahum sooul hıseabi va ma’veahum cahannam(cahannamu), va bi’sal mihead(miheadu).
For those who answer their Lord (His Call) is the Best (Al-Husnâ) and as for those who do not answer Him, if they had all that is in the earth and the like thereof with it they would certainly offer it for a ransom. As for those, there is an evil reckoning and their abode is Hell; how evil resting-place. (18)
