Al-Hijr 71-90, Quran - Juz' 14 - Page 266

15/Al-Hijr-71: Keala heauleai baneatee in kuntum feaileen(feaileena).
(Lot) said: “These are my daughters, if you will do what you are thinking.” (71)

15/Al-Hijr-72: La aamruka innahum la fee sakratihim yaa’mahoon(yaa’mahoona).
Assuredly, by your life! They were blindly wandering on in their intoxication. (72)

15/Al-Hijr-73: Fa ahaazathumus saayhaatu mushrikeen(mushrikeena).
So a Sayha (terrible sound wave) overtook them (those who were there at sunrise). (73)

15/Al-Hijr-74: Fa caaalnea ealiyahea seafilahea va amtarnea aalayhim hıcearatan min sicceel(sicceelin).
Thus did We turn it (the city) upside down, and rained down upon them (fatal) stones of baked clay. (74)

15/Al-Hijr-75: Inna fee zealika la eayeatin lil mutavassimeen (mutavassimeena).
Surely in this are Signs for those who examine to learn. (75)

15/Al-Hijr-76: Va innahea la bi sabeelin mukeem(mukeemeen).
And surely it still remains on a way. (76)

15/Al-Hijr-77: Inna fee zealika la eayatan lil mu’mineen(mu’mineena).
Most surely there are Signs in this for the believers (those whose souls’ hearts is written Faith in them). (77)

15/Al-Hijr-78: Va in keana aasheabul aykati la zealimeen (zealimeena).
And the Dwellers of the Thicket (Al-Ayka) also were most surely wrong-doers. (78)

15/Al-Hijr-79: Fantakaamnea minhum, va innahumea la bi imeamin mubeen(mubeenin).
So, We took vengeance on them too and they are both, indeed, a clear guide (a lesson to be learnt for the following generations). (79)

15/Al-Hijr-80: Va la kaad kazzaba aasheabul hıcril mursaleen(mursaleena).
And the Dwellers of Hijr certainly belied the sent Messengers. (80)

15/Al-Hijr-81: Va eatayneahum eayeatinea fa keanoo aanhea mu’rıdeen(mu’rıdeena).
And We gave them Our Verses (miracles, proofs), but they turned aside from them. (81)

15/Al-Hijr-82: Va keanoo yaanhıtoona minal cibeali buyootan eamineen(eamineena).
And they used to carve out safe houses in the mountains. (82)

15/Al-Hijr-83: Fa ahaazathumus saayhaatu musbıheen(musbıheena).
So the Sayha (awful cry) overtook those who made to the morning. (83)

15/Al-Hijr-84: Fa mea aagnea aanhum mea keanoo yaksiboon(yaksiboona).
And what they earned did not avail them. (84)

15/Al-Hijr-85: Va mea haalaaknas sameaveati val aardaa va mea baynahumea illea bil haakk(haakkı), va innas seaaata la eatiyatun faasfahıs saafhaal cameel(cameela).
We did not create the heavens and the earth and what is between them except with the truth. And the Hour (Doomsday) will most surely come. So turn away from them with graciousness. (85)

15/Al-Hijr-86: Inna raabbaka huval haalleakul aaleem(aaleemu).
Surely your Lord is the Creator of all things and the All-Knowing. (86)

15/Al-Hijr-87: Va la kaad eatayneaka sab’aan minal maseanee val kur’eanal aazeem(aazeema).
And certainly We have given you seven from the second (sevenfold, as sevenfold) and the Grand Qur’ân. (87)

15/Al-Hijr-88: Lea tamuddanna aaynayka ilea mea mattaa’nea bihee azveacan minhum va lea taahzan aalayhim vaahfıd caneahaaka lil mu’mineen(mu’mineena).
Do not extend your eyes what We have given some of them as provision in pairs (abundantly), nor grieve over them. And lower your wings for (those whose souls’ hearts is written Faith in them) the believers (guard them, be humble). (88)

15/Al-Hijr-89: Va kul innee anan nazeerul mubeen(mubeenu).
And say: “Surely I am a plain Warner (who explains)”. (89)

15/Al-Hijr-90: Ka mea anzalnea aalal muktasimeen(muktasimeena).
Like as We have sent down on the dividers (in parts). (90)
