Allah has promised to those of you who believe (who are âmenû, who wish to reach Allah before death) and do improving deeds (that cleanses the soul) that He will most certainly make them successors (Caliphs) in the earth as He made successors those before them, and that He will most certainly strengthen for them their Religion with which He has been pleased, and that He will most certainly, after their fear, give them security in exchange. They become servants to Me, they do not associate anything with Me. Whoever denies after this, these it is who are the Fâsiqûn (those who are not in the Way of Allah or have gone out of it). (55)

O you who believe (who are âmenû)! Let those whom your right hands possess (your male and female slaves) and those of you who have not attained to puberty ask permission of you during three occasions. Before the prayer of dawn, when you put off your clothes at midday, and after the prayer of the nightfall. These are three occasions of privacy for you (that they need to stay away from you). Neither is it a sin for you nor for them besides these, to move about, attending to each other. Thus does Allah make clear to you the Verses. And Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise. (58)
