Surah Al-A'raf

Bismillaah ir rahmaan ir raheem

7/Al-A'raf-1: Alif, leam, meem, sead
Alif-Lâm-Mîm-Sâd. (1)
7/Al-A'raf-2: Kiteabun unzila ilayka fa lea yakun fee saadrika haaraacun minhu li tunzira bihee va zikrea lil mu’mineen(mu’mineena).
The Book sent down to you is a Dhikir (advise) to the believers that you may warn thereby. So let there be no tightness (distress) in your breast on account of it. (2)
7/Al-A'raf-3: Ittabioo mea unzila ilaykum min raabbikum va lea tattabioo min doonihee avliyeaa, kaaleelan mea tazakkaroon(tazakkaroona).
Follow (depend on) what has been sent to you from your Lord and do not follow any friends besides Him. Little do you deliberate! (3)
7/Al-A'raf-4: Va kam min kaaryatin ahlakneahea fa ceaahea ba’sunea bayeatan av hum keailoon(keailoona).
And how many countries have We destroyed! So Our severe torment came to them by night or while they were taking their midday nap. (4)
7/Al-A'raf-5: Fa mea keana daa’veahum iz ceaahum ba’sunea illea an kealoo innea kunnea zealimeen(zealimeena).
Yet their invocation, when Our severe torment came to them, was nothing but that they said: “Surely we were wrongdoers”! (5)
Most certainly then We will question those to whom the Messengers were sent, and most certainly We will also question the Messengers. (6)
Then most certainly We will explain to them with knowledge. We were not unaware (of their actions). (7)
7/Al-A'raf-8: Val vaznu yavma izinil haakk(haakku), fa man sakulat maveazeenuhu fa uleaika humul muflihoon(muflihoona).
And the measuring out (weighing) on that Day of Permission (day of reckoning) is true (real). Then as for him whose measure (of good deeds) is heavy, those are they who shall be in Salvation. (8)
7/Al-A'raf-9: Va man haaffat maveazeenuhu fa uleaikallazeena haasiroo anfusahum bimea keanoo bi eayeatinea yaazlimoon(yaazlimoona).
And as for him whose measure (of good deeds) is light, those are they who have made their souls fall into Loss (Husrân) because they wronged Our Verses. (9)
7/Al-A'raf-10: Va lakaad makkanneakum feel aardı va caaalnea lakum feehea maaeayish (maaeayisha), kaaleelan mea tashkuroon(tashkuroona).
Certainly We have placed you in the earth and made in it means of livelihood. Little thanks do you give! (10)
7/Al-A'raf-11: Va lakaad haalaakneakum summa saavvarneakum summa kulnea lil maleaikatiscudoo li eadama fa sacadoo illea iblees(ibleesa), lam yakun minas seacideen(seacideena).
And certainly We created you, then shaped you, then We said to the angels: “Prostrate yourselves to Adam”. They prostrated themselves except Iblîs (Lucifer), he was not of those who prostrated themselves. (11)
