Al-Munafiqun-3, Quran Recitation by Abu Bakr al Shatri

This is because they have believed (they have reached Hidayet after wishing to reach Allah before death and rendered their spirits to Allah) then have disbelieved. Therefore top of their hearts is sealed. They can no longer understand (comprehend).

That is, because they believed, and thereafter disbelieved, wherefore their hearts are sealed, so that they understand not.

That is because they believed and then disbelieved, so their hearts were sealed. Hence, they do not understand.

That is because they declared faith but thereafter (inwardly) disbelieved, so a seal has been set on their hearts so that they do not grasp the truth (and cannot recover the ability to reach to it).

That is because they came to believe, and then renounced (their faith). So their hearts were sealed; and now they do not understand.

That is because they accepted faith with their tongues then disbelieved with their hearts, therefore their hearts were sealed – so now they do not understand anything.

That (they follow this practice) is because (outwardly) they believed but (inwardly) they disbelieved, so that their hearts are sealed and (now) they do not even understand.

That is because they have believed, then they have disbelieved; therefore a seal has been set on their hearts, and they do not understand.

They take shelter under their oaths, thus turning (men) from Allah’s way. Surely evil is that which they do.
