2/Al-Baqarah-135: Va kealoo koonoo hoodan av naasearea tahtadoo kul bal millata ibreaheema haaneefea(haaneefan), va mea keana minal mushrikeen(mushrikeena).
They say: “Be Jews or Christians to be guided (so that you may attain Guidance)”. Say: “Nay, the Religion of Abraham is “Hanîf” (rightly guided, being submitted to one God only) (because) he was not of the associators (polytheists)”. (135)
2/Al-Baqarah-136: Kooloo eamannea billeahi va mea unzila ilaynea va mea unzila ilea ibreaheema va ismeaeela va isheakaa va yaa’kooba val asbeatı va mea ootiya moosea va eesea va mea ootiyan nabiyyoona min raabbihim, lea nufarriku bayna ahaadin minhum va naahnu lahu muslimoon(muslimoona).
Say: “We believe in Allah and that which has been sent down to Abraham, Ishmael and Isaac and the tribes (Al-Asbât= the offspring of the twelve sons of Jacob), and that which has been given to Moses and Jesus, and that which has been given to the (other) prophets from their Lord. We make no distinction between any of them and to Him we are submitted”. (136)
2/Al-Baqarah-137: Fa in eamanoo bi misli mea eamantum bihee fa kaadihtadav va in tavallav fa innamea hum fee shikeak(shikeakın) fa sa yakfeeka humulleah(humulleahu), va huvas sameeul aaleem(aaleemu).
If then they believe as you believe in Him, they will surely attain guidance, and if they turn away, then they are only in dissension (away from Allah’s path). Allah will suffice you against them; and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing. (137)
2/Al-Baqarah-138: Sıbgaataalleah(sıbgaataalleahi) va man aahsanu minaalleahi sıbgaatan, va naahnu lahu eabidoon(eabidoona).
(Color yourself with) Allah’s Color; and who is better than he who has colored himself with Allah’s Color? And (so) We are His worshippers (servants). (138)
2/Al-Baqarah-139: Kul a tuheaccoonanea feelleahi va huva raabbunea va raabbukum, va lanea ea’mealunea va lakum aa’mealukum va naahnu lahu muhlisoon(muhlisoona).
Say: “Do you dispute with us about Allah and He is our Lord and your Lord, and for us are our deeds and for you your deeds, and We are the pure ones for Him (Muhlisûn= those who have purified and refined their souls’ hearts)”. (139)
2/Al-Baqarah-140: Am takooloona inna ibreaheema va ismeaeela va isheakaa va yaa’kooba val asbeataa keanoo hoodan av naasearea kul a antum aa’lamu amilleah(amilleahu), va man aazlamu mimman katama shaheadatan indahu minaalleah(minaalleahi), va mealleahu bi geafilin aammea taa’maloon(taa’maloona).
Or do you say that Abraham and Ishmael and Isaac and Jacob and the Tribes were Jews or Christians? Do you know better, or does Allah? Who is more unjust than he who hides (conceals) what is given from Allah and witnessing Him? And Allah is not Unaware (Heedless) of what you do. (140)
2/Al-Baqarah-141: Tilka ummatun kaad haalat lahea mea kasabat va lakum mea kasabtum va lea tus’aloona aammea keanoo yaa’maloon(yaa’maloona).
This is a nation (community) that have passed away. For it is what it earned and for you is what you earn and you will not be asked of what they used to do. (141)
