12/Yusuf-79: Keala maaeazealleahi an na’huza illea man vacadnea mateaaanea indahoo innea izan la zealimoon(zealimoona).
I take refuge in Allah that we should take anyone but him with whom we found our property. Indeed (if we did so) we should be wrong-doers. (79)
12/Yusuf-80: Fa lammastay’asoo minhu haalasoo naciyyea(naciyyan), keala kabeeruhum a lam taa’lamoo anna abeakum kaad ahaaza aalaykum mavsikaan minaalleahi va min kaablu mea farraattum fee yoosuf(yoosufa), fa lan abraahaal aardaa haattea ya’zana lee abee av yaahkumaalleahu lee va huva haayrul heakimeen(heakimeena).
Then when they despaired of him, they secluded themselves in private consultation. The eldest of them softly said: “Do you not know that your father took from you a covenant in Allah’s Name, and how you fell short of your duty with respect to Joseph before? Therefore I will by no means depart from this land until my father permits me or Allah judges for me, and He is the Best of the judges.” (80)
12/Yusuf-81: Ircioo ilea abeekum fa kooloo yea abeanea innabnaka saraak(saraakaa), va mea shahidnea illea bimea aalimnea va mea kunnea lil gaaybi heafizeen(heafizeena).
Go back to your father and say: “O our father! Surely your son has committed a theft, and we did not bear witness except to what we have known (seen). And we were not witnesses of the unseen either. (81)
12/Yusuf-82: Vas’alil kaaryatallatee kunnea feehea val eerallatee aakbalnea feehea, va innea la seadikoon(seadikoona).
And inquire in the town in which we were and the caravan in which we came. Most surely we are truthful. (82)
12/Yusuf-83: Keala bal savvalat lakum anfusukum amrea(amran), fa saabrun cameel(cameelun), aasaalleahu an ya’tiyanee bihim camee’ea(camee’aan), innahu huval aaleemul haakeem(haakeemu).
(Jacob) said: “No, but your souls have tempted you to this.” So, patience is most fitting. Perhaps Allah will bring them to me all together. Truly He is the All-Knowing, the All-Wise! (83)
12/Yusuf-84: Va tavallea aanhum va keala yea asafea aalea yoosufa vabyaaddaat aayneahu minal huzni fa huva kazeem(kazeemun).
And he turned away from them, and said: “My poor Joseph!” And his eyes turned white because of the grief, even though he was a repressor of his grief. (84)
12/Yusuf-85: Kealoo taalleahi taftau tazkuru yoosufa haattea takoona haaraadaan av takoona minal healikeen(healikeena).
(His sons) said: “By Allah! You keep mentioning Joseph until you become fatally ill or until you are of those who perish.” (85)
12/Yusuf-86: Keala innamea ashkoo bassee va huznee ilaalleahi va aa’lamu minaalleahi mea lea taa’lamoon(taa’lamoona).
(Jacob) said: “I only complain of my grief and sorrow to Allah, and I know from Allah what you do not know.” (86)
