13/Ar-Ra'd-19: A fa man yaa’lamu annamea unzila ilayka min raabbikal haakku ka man huva aa’mea, innamea yatazakkaru oolul albeab(albeabi).
Is he then who knows that what has been sent to you from Lord is the truth like him who is blind? Only Ûli’l Elbâb (the owners of the divine secrets and the continuous remembrance) deliberates. (19)
13/Ar-Ra'd-20: Allazeena yoofoona bi aahdilleahi va lea yankudoonal miseak(miseakaa).
They fulfill (Ahdallâh) the Covenant of Allah (they submit their spirits, physical bodies, souls and free wills to Allah). And they do not break their (Mîsâq) Promise, (their promise concerning the fact that they will also submit their free wills to Allah along with their other submissions). (20)
13/Ar-Ra'd-21: Vallazeena yaasıloona mea amaraalleahu bihee an yoosaala va yaahshavna raabbahum va yaheafoona sooal hiseab(hiseabi).
And they deliver to Him (their spirit) what Allah commands that it should be delivered to Allah (before death). And they have reverence for their Lord and fear the evil reckoning (going to Hell). (21)
13/Ar-Ra'd-22: Vallazeena saabaroobtigeaa vachi raabbihim va akeamoos saaleata va anfakoo mimmea razaakneahum sirran va aaleaniyatan va yadraoona bil haasanatis sayyiata uleaika lahum ukbad dear(deari).
They are the ones who remain patient, seeking the Countenance of their Lord (to reach His Essence, and see Him), and keep up the prayer, and spend out of what We have given them as sustenance secretly and openly, and repel evil with good. As for those, there is a (good) end in this world. (22)
13/Ar-Ra'd-23: Canneatu aadnin yadhuloonahea va man saalaahaa min eabeaihim va azveacihim va zurriyyeatihim val maleaikatu yadhuloona aalayhim min kulli beab(beabin).
(There are) Gardens of Eden which they will enter along with those who had reached the highest Improvement (Salâh) from among their parents and their spouses and their offspring. And the angels will enter in upon them from every gate. (23)
13/Ar-Ra'd-24: Saleamun aalaykum bi mea saabartum fa ni’ma ukbad dear(deari).
Peace be upon you due to your patience. How excellent is the end of the worldly home. (24)
13/Ar-Ra'd-25: Vallazeena yaankudoona aahdaalleahi min baa’di meeseakıhi va yaaktaaoona mea amaraalleahu bihi an yoosaala va yufsidoona feel aardı uleaika lahumul laa’natu va lahum sooud dear(deari).
And those who break (Ahdallâh) the Covenant of Allah, (who do not submit their spirits, physical bodies, souls and free wills to Allah in spite of their covenant) after their Promise (given to Allah in the pre-eternity concerning the fact that they should submit their spirits, physical bodies, souls and free wills to Allah). And sever that which Allah has ordered that they should deliver to Him (they do not deliver their spirits back to Allah). And make mischief in the earth (keeping other people from the Sıratı Mustakîm). As for these, there is a Curse, and for them an evil abode (Hell). (25)
13/Ar-Ra'd-26: AAlleahu yabsutur rızkaa li man yasheau va yaakdir(yaakdiru), va farihoo bil haayeatid dunyea, va maal haayeatud dunyea feel eahırati illea matea’u(mateaun).
Allah amplifies and straitens the means of subsistence for whom He wills. They rejoice in the life of the world, whereas the life of this world is nothing compared with the Hereafter but a temporary enjoyment. (26)
13/Ar-Ra'd-27: Va yakoolullazeena kafaroo lav lea unzila aalayhi eayatun min raabbihi, kul innaalleaha yudillu man yasheau va yahdee ilayhi man aneab(aneaba).
And those who disbelieve say: “Why has a Sign not been sent down upon him from his Lord?” Say: “Surely Allah leaves in Misguidance whom He wills, and guides to Himself (gives them Hidayet) those who turn to Him. (27)
13/Ar-Ra'd-28: Allazeena eamanoo va taatmaainnu kuloobuhum bi zikrilleah(zikrilleahi) a lea bi zikrilleahi taatmaainnul kuloob(kuloobu).
Those who believed (became âmenû, wished to reach Allah before death) and their hearts have been satisfied with the remembrance of Allah. Now surely with the remembrance of Allah the hearts find satisfaction, do they not? (28)
