2/Al-Baqarah-77: A va lea yaa’lamoona annaalleaha yaa’lamu mea yusirroona va mea yu’linoon(yu’linoona).
Do they not know that Allah knows what they keep secret and what they make known? (77)
2/Al-Baqarah-78: Va minhum ummiyyoona lea yaa’lamoonal kiteaba illea ameaniyya va in hum illea yazunnoon(yazunnoona).
And some of them are illiterates. They do not know the Book (of Allah) but only vain desires (existing in the books written by the men), and they do but conjecture (guess). (78)
2/Al-Baqarah-79: Fa vaylun lillazeena yaktuboonal kiteaba bi aydeehim summa yakooloona heazea min indilleahi li yashtaroo bihee samanan kaaleelea(kaaleelan), fa vaylun lahum mimmea katabat aydeehim va vaylun lahum mimmea yaksiboon(yaksiboona).
Then woe to those who write the book with their own hands and then say: “This is from Allah, to sell it for a little price”! Therefore woe to them for what their hands have written and woe to them for what they earn thereby. (79)
2/Al-Baqarah-80: Va kealoo lan tamassanan nearu illea ayyeaman maa’doodah(maa’doodata), kul attahaaztum indaalleahi aahdan fa lan yuhlifaalleahu aahdahu(aahdahoo) am takooloona aalealleahi mea lea taa’lamoon(taa’lamoona).
And they say: “The Fire (on the Day of Resurrection) shall not touch us but for a few numbered days”. (We will burn as much as our sins, then we will leave it in order to go into Paradise). Say: “Have you taken a covenant from Allah, so that Allah will not break His Covenant? Or do you speak against Allah what you do not know”? (80)
2/Al-Baqarah-81: Balea man kasaba sayyiatan va aheataat bihee haateeatuhu fa uleaika aasheabun near(neari), hum feehea healidoon(healidoona).
No, (it is not as you guess it) whoever earns evil and his sins have surrounded him, they are the inmates of the Fire (Hell); they will dwell in it forever. (81)
2/Al-Baqarah-82: Vallazeena eamanoo va aamiloos sealiheati uleaika aasheabul cannah(cannati), hum feehea healidoon(healidoona).
And those who believe (who are “âmenû”) and do righteous deeds (that purify and refine their souls’ hearts), they are the dwellers of Paradise, they will dwell therein forever. (82)
2/Al-Baqarah-83: Va iz ahaaznea meeseakaa banee isreaeela lea taa’budoona illealleaha va bil vealidayni ihseanan va zil kurbeaval yateamea val maseakeeni va kooloo lin neasi husnan va akeemoos saaleata va eatooz zakeat(zakeata), summa tavallaytum illea kaaleelan minkum va antum mu’ridoon(mu’ridoona).
And (remember) when We took a covenant from the Children of Israel, (saying): “Serve (become servants to) Allah (Alone) and show kindness (do good) to (your) parents and to the near of kin and to the orphans and the needy (who are incapable of earning their livelihood) and speak good to people and establish the Prayer and pay the Zakât (the alms)”. Then you turned back except a few of you and you are (anyway) backsliders. (83)
