2/Al-Baqarah-154: Va lea takooloo li man yuktalu fee sabeelilleahi amveat(amveatun), bal aahyeaun va leakin lea tash’uroon(tash’uroona).
And do not say of those who are killed in the Way of Allah: They are dead! Nay, they are alive, but you do not perceive (their existence). (154)
And We will most certainly try (test) you with fear and hunger and loss of property and lives and fruits. And give glad tidings to the patient. (155)
2/Al-Baqarah-156: Allazeena izea aseabathum museebatun, kealoo innea lilleahi va innea ilayhi reacioon(reacioona).
Who, when a misfortune befalls them, say: “Surely we are for Allah (We are created to render our spirits and surrender ourselves to Allah) and to Him we shall surely return (and we shall surely reach Him before death)”. (156)
2/Al-Baqarah-157: Uleaika aalayhim saaleaveatun min raabbihim va raahmatun va uleaika humul muhtadoon(muhtadoona).
Those (who are certain of returning back to Allah in the life of this world) are they on whom are benedictions from their Lord and mercy and it is they who are the guided ones (in Hidayet). (157)
2/Al-Baqarah-158: Innas saafea val marvata min shaeairilleah(shaeairilleahi), fa man haaccal bayta avı’tamaraa fa lea cuneahaa aalayhi an yattaavvafa bi himea va man tataavvaaaa haayraan, fa innaalleaha sheakirun aaleem(aaleemun).
Verily, As-Safâ and Al-Marwa are of the Symbols (sacred indications) of Allah (that shows the places of worship). So it is not a sin on him who performs Hajj or ‘Umrah (pilgrimage and visit) of the House (Kabe) to perform the going round (Tawâf) between them both. And whoever does good of his own volition (does extra Tawaf) truly Allah is Grateful (Responsive to gratitude), All-Knowing. (158)
2/Al-Baqarah-159: Innallazeena yaktumoona mea anzalnea minal bayyineati val hudea min baa’di mea bayyanneahu lin neasi feel kiteabi, uleaika yal’aanuhumulleahu va yal’aanuhumul leainoon(leainoona).
Surely those who conceal the clear proofs (evidences) and the Guidance (the spirit’s reaching Allah before death), which We have sent down, after We have made them clear in the Book for them, they are the ones whom Allah will curse and those who curse shall curse them (too). (159)
2/Al-Baqarah-160: Illallazeena teaboo va aaslaahoo va bayyanoo fa uleaika atoobu aalayhim, va anat tavveabur raaheem(raaheemu).
Except those who repent and amend [purify and refine their souls’ hearts] and manifest (the truth) (these are not cursed). These, I will accept their repentance. And I am the Oft-Relenting, the Most Merciful. (160)
2/Al-Baqarah-161: Innallazeena kafaroo va meatoo va hum kuffearun uleaika aalayhim laa’natulleahi val maleaikati van neasi acmaaeen(acmaaeena).
As for those who disbelieve (hinder and hide the spirit’s returning Allah before death, that is, the Guidance-Hidayet) and die while they are disbelievers, upon them is the Curse of Allah and the Angels and men altogether. (161)
2/Al-Baqarah-162: Healideena feehea, lea yuhaaffafu aanhumul aazeabu va lea hum yunzaaroon(yunzaaroona).
They will abide in it (under the curse) forever, their torment will neither be lightened nor will they be looked at. (162)
2/Al-Baqarah-163: Va ileahukum ileahun veahid(veahidun), lea ileaha illea huvar raahmeanur raaheem(raaheemu).
And your God is one God! There is no god but He. He is the most Beneficent, the Most Merciful. (163)
