Surah At-Tawbah
إِنَّمَا الصَّدَقَاتُ لِلْفُقَرَاء وَالْمَسَاكِينِ وَالْعَامِلِينَ عَلَيْهَا وَالْمُؤَلَّفَةِ قُلُوبُهُمْ وَفِي الرِّقَابِ وَالْغَارِمِينَ وَفِي سَبِيلِ اللّهِ وَابْنِ السَّبِيلِ فَرِيضَةً مِّنَ اللّهِ وَاللّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ
﴿٦٠﴾
9/At-Tawbah-60:
Innameas saadaakeatu lil fukaareai val masaakeeni val eamileena aalayhea val muallafati kuloobuhum va feer rikeabi val gearimeena va fee sabeelilleahi vabnis sabeel(vabnis sabeeli), faareedaatan minaalleah(minaalleahi), vaalleahu aaleemun haakeem(haakeemun).

Zakat is for the poor and for the needy and for those employed to collect (Zakat). And for those whose hearts will be brought together (for Islam) and for slaves and for those in debt and for (those) on the Way of Allah and for the travelers - an obligation by Allah. And Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise.
