Surah At-Tawbah

وَإِذَآ أُنزِلَتْ سُورَةٌ أَنْ آمِنُواْ بِاللّهِ وَجَاهِدُواْ مَعَ رَسُولِهِ اسْتَأْذَنَكَ أُوْلُواْ الطَّوْلِ مِنْهُمْ وَقَالُواْ ذَرْنَا نَكُن مَّعَ الْقَاعِدِينَ ﴿٨٦﴾
9/At-Tawbah-86: Va izea unzilat sooratun an eaminoo billeahi va ceahidoo maaa rasoolihista’zanaka uloot taavli minhum va kealoo zarnea nakun maaal keaideen(keaideena).

And when a Surah was revealed (enjoining them) to believe in Allah (to wish to reach Allah before death) and to fight along with His Messenger, those of wealth among them asked your permission and said, “Leave us to be with those who sit”.
