Ad-Dukhan-39, Surah The Smoke Verse-39

We did not create them both except with the truth (We created them with Truth), and but most of them do not know.

We created them not save with a purpose but most of them know not.

We did not create them except with consummate wisdom; but most of them do not know.

We have created them only with truth (for meaningful purposes, and on solid foundations of truth), but most people do not know.

We created them with definite purpose; but most of them do not understand.

We did not create them except with the truth, but most of them do not know.

(That) We created them, (it was) only (for an eternal purpose) to establish the truth, yet most of them do not know this.

We created them not save in truth; but most of them know it not.

We create them both not, except with truth, but most of them know not.

We created them not except with truth (i.e. to examine and test those who are obedient and those who are disobedient and then reward the obedient ones and punish the disobedient ones), but most of them know not.

And We did not create the heavens and the earth and that which is between them in sport.
