Surah Adh-Dhariyat

Bismillaah ir rahmaan ir raheem

وَفِي أَمْوَالِهِمْ حَقٌّ لِّلسَّائِلِ وَالْمَحْرُومِ ﴿١٩﴾
51/Adh-Dhariyat-19: Va fee amvealihim haakkun lis seaili val maahroomi.

And in their possessions there are the rights of those who ask and of those who are deprived (who cannot ask).
