Surah Al-An'am

Bismillaah ir rahmaan ir raheem

وَنُقَلِّبُ أَفْئِدَتَهُمْ وَأَبْصَارَهُمْ كَمَا لَمْ يُؤْمِنُواْ بِهِ أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٍ وَنَذَرُهُمْ فِي طُغْيَانِهِمْ يَعْمَهُونَ ﴿١١٠﴾
6/Al-An'am-110: Va nukaallibu af’idatahum va absearaahum kamea lam yu’minoo bihee avvala marraatin va nazaruhum fee tugyeanihim yaa’mahoon(yaa’mahoona).

And We turn their hearts (the comprehension faculties of the souls’ hearts) and their sights (the faculties of seeing of the souls’ eyes) as they did not believe in it previously and We leave them in their inordinacy, blindly wandering on.
