سورة العنكبوت

Surah Al-Ankabut

Bismillaah ir rahmaan ir raheem

يُعَذِّبُُ مَن يَشَاء وَيَرْحَمُ مَن يَشَاء وَإِلَيْهِ تُقْلَبُونَ ﴿٢١﴾
29/Al-Ankabut-21: Yuaazzibu man yasheau va yarhaamu man yashea’(yasheau), va ilayhi tuklaboon(tuklaboona).

Imam Iskender Ali Mihr

(Allah) torments whom He wills and has Mercy on whom He wills (He manifests Himself with His Name of the Most Merciful). And to Him you shall be made to be returned (transformed from one state into others).

Abdul Majid Daryabadi

He shall torment whomsoever He Will, and shall show mercy unto whomsoever He Will, and unto Him ye shall be returned.
