Surah Al-A'raf

Bismillaah ir rahmaan ir raheem

وَاذْكُر رَّبَّكَ فِي نَفْسِكَ تَضَرُّعاً وَخِيفَةً وَدُونَ الْجَهْرِ مِنَ الْقَوْلِ بِالْغُدُوِّ وَالآصَالِ وَلاَ تَكُن مِّنَ الْغَافِلِينَ ﴿٢٠٥﴾
7/Al-A'raf-205: Vazkur raabbaka fee nafsika tadaarruaan va heefatan va doonal cahri minal kaavli bil guduvvi val easeali va lea takun minal geafileen(geafileena).

And remember (repeat the Name of) your Lord within yourself humbly and with fear and without being apparent in speech in the mornings, and in the evenings and do not be of the heedless ones.
