Surah Al-Inshiqaq

Bismillaah ir rahmaan ir raheem

بَلَى إِنَّ رَبَّهُ كَانَ بِهِ بَصِيرًا ﴿١٥﴾
84/Al-Inshiqaq-15: Balea, inna raabbahu keana bihee baaseerea(baaseeran).

Nay (that’s not the case)! Surely his Lord does ever see him.
