Surah Al-Qiyamah
Bismillaah ir rahmaan ir raheem
ثُمَّ كَانَ عَلَقَةً فَخَلَقَ فَسَوَّى
﴿٣٨﴾
75/Al-Qiyamah-38:
Summa keana aalaakaatan fa haalaakaa fa savvea.

Then it became Alaqa (an embryo). Then (Allah) created him, later designed (fashioned) him.
