Surah Yunus

Bismillaah ir rahmaan ir raheem

وَإِن يَمْسَسْكَ اللّهُ بِضُرٍّ فَلاَ كَاشِفَ لَهُ إِلاَّ هُوَ وَإِن يُرِدْكَ بِخَيْرٍ فَلاَ رَآدَّ لِفَضْلِهِ يُصَيبُ بِهِ مَن يَشَاء مِنْ عِبَادِهِ وَهُوَ الْغَفُورُ الرَّحِيمُ ﴿١٠٧﴾
10/Yunus-107: Va in yamsaskaalleahu bidurrin fa lea keashifa lahu illea huva, va in yuridka bi haayrin fa lea readda li faadlihi, yuseebu bihee man yasheau min ibeadihi, va huval gaafoorur raaheem(raaheemu).

And if Allah touches you with harm (adversity), then there is none who can remove it but He. And if He intends any good for you, there is none who can repel His Virtue. (He) causes it to reach whomever of His servants He wills. And He is the Most Forgiving, the Most Merciful.
