40/Ghafir-34: Va lakaad ceaakum yoosufu min kaablu bil bayyineati fa mea ziltum fee shakkin mimmea ceaakum bih(bihee), haattea izea halaka kultum lan yab’aasaalleahu min baa’dihee rasoolea(rasoolan), kazealika yudıllulleahu man huva musrifun murteab(murteabun).
And certainly Joseph (Yûsuf) came to you before with clear proofs. But you did not cease to doubt in that which he brought to you. Even when (he) was ruined, you said: “Allah will never raise a Messenger after him”. Allah leaves in Misguidance those who cross the line, who are doubtful. (34)
40/Ghafir-35: Allazeena yuceadiloona fee eayeatilleahi bi gaayri sulteanin ateahum, kabura maaktan indaalleahi va indallazeena eamanoo, kazealika yaatbaaulleahu aalea kulli kaalbi mutakabbirin cabbear(cabbearin).
They dispute about the Verses of Allah even though no authority (proof) came to them. Anger became great by Allah and by those who believe (who wish to reach Allah before death). This is how Allah seals up the heart of every arrogant, tyrant (not to be opened anymore). (35)
40/Ghafir-36: Va keala fir’aavnu yea heameanubni lee saarhaan laaallee ablugul asbeab(asbeaba).
And Pharaoh said: “O Hâmân! Build for me a high tower, that I may attain the reasons (the ways)”. (36)
40/Ghafir-37: Asbeabas sameaveati fa aattaaliaa ilea ileahi moosea va innee la azunnuhu keazibea(keaziban), va kazealika zuyyina li fir’aavna soou aamalihee va sudda aanis sabeel(sabeeli), va mea kaydu fir’aavna illea fee tabeab(tabeabin).
“(I may reach) the reasons (the ways of) to the heavens, so that I may reach the God of Moses. I surely think him to be a liar”. And thus his evil deed was made fair-seeming to Pharaoh, and he was turned away from the Way. And the plot of Pharaoh was nothing but loss. (37)
40/Ghafir-38: Va kealallazee eamana yea kaavmittabiooni ahdikum sabeelar rashead(rasheadi).
And he who believed said: “O my people! Depend on (follow) me, so that I will guide you to the Way of Irshad (Absolute Salvation)”. (38)
40/Ghafir-39: Yea kaavmi innamea heazihil haayeatud dunyea mateaun va innal eahirata hiya dearul kaarear(kaareari).
O my people! The life of this world is only a (temporary) enjoyment, and surely the Hereafter is the place to settle forever. (39)
40/Ghafir-40: Man aamila sayyiatan fa lea yuczea illea mislahea, va man aamila sealihaan min zakarin av unsea va huva mu'minun fa uleaika yadhuloonal cannata yurzakoona feehea bi gaayri hiseab(hiseabin).
Whoever does an evil deed (that decreases the positive degrees), he shall not be recompensed but the like of it. Whoever does an improving deed (the soul's cleansing, the deeds that improve the soul), whether male or female, they are the believers (whose faith ever grow). They shall be put in heaven and shall be given sustenance without measure. (40)
