Surah Al-Ghashiyah
Bismillaah ir rahmaan ir raheem
إِلَّا مَن تَوَلَّى وَكَفَرَ
﴿٢٣﴾
88/Al-Ghashiyah-23:
Illea man tavallea va kafar(kafara).

However, whoever turns (his back) and denies.
