Surah Al-Hajj

Bismillaah ir rahmaan ir raheem

وَكَأَيِّن مِّن قَرْيَةٍ أَمْلَيْتُ لَهَا وَهِيَ ظَالِمَةٌ ثُمَّ أَخَذْتُهَا وَإِلَيَّ الْمَصِيرُ ﴿٤٨﴾
22/Al-Hajj-48: Va ka ayyin min kaaryatin amlaytu lahea va hiya zealimatun summa ahaaztuhea, va ilayyal maaseer(maaseeru).

And I gave respite to it just like many countries that were wrong-doing (people), then I overtook (seized) it, and to Me is the return.

And how many a city did give reins to, While it wronged itself, then took hold of it! and unto Me is the return.

To how many a town did I give respite while it was doing wrong! Then I seized it, and toward Me is the destination.
