O you who believe! Let there be a witnesses among you when any of you is on the point of death at the time he makes his will - two equitable persons from amongst your family or two others from some other folk, in case you are journeying away in the land, and the calamity of death befall you. If you doubt them, then shut them both up after prayer, and they shall both swear by Allah, "We will not sell our testimony for a price (or take a bribe), even for a relative, nor will we hide Allah´s testimony. If we do then verily, we shall be among the sinners."
