Enter your hand into your bosom, bring it forth white flawless. (Be free of) fear; draw your wings (hands) to yourself. Surely they are the people who are Fasiqun (disobedient to Allah, those who are not in the Way of Allah, or have gone out of it).

Put your (right) hand into your bosom: it will come forth shining white without flaw, and now hold your arms close to yourself free of awe (and ready to receive My command). `Insert your hand into your bosom, it will come forth flawless (sparkling) white and draw back your arm towards yourself (to compose yourself) when you encounter fear. Insert thy hand into thy bosom, and it will come forth white without evil; and press to thee thy arm, that thou be not afraid. So these shall be two proofs from thy Lord to Pharaoh and his Council; for surely they are an ungodly people.'

Verily, they are the people who are Fasiqun (rebellious, disobedient to Allah).
