Enter your hand into your bosom, bring it forth white flawless. (Be free of) fear; draw your wings (hands) to yourself. Surely they are the people who are Fasiqun (disobedient to Allah, those who are not in the Way of Allah, or have gone out of it).
Abdul Majid Daryabadi

`Insert your hand into your bosom, it will come forth flawless (sparkling) white and draw back your arm towards yourself (to compose yourself) when you encounter fear. Verily, they are the people who are Fasiqun (rebellious, disobedient to Allah).
