Surah Al-Qasas

Bismillaah ir rahmaan ir raheem

إِنَّ فِرْعَوْنَ عَلَا فِي الْأَرْضِ وَجَعَلَ أَهْلَهَا شِيَعًا يَسْتَضْعِفُ طَائِفَةً مِّنْهُمْ يُذَبِّحُ أَبْنَاءهُمْ وَيَسْتَحْيِي نِسَاءهُمْ إِنَّهُ كَانَ مِنَ الْمُفْسِدِينَ ﴿٤﴾
28/Al-Qasas-4: Inna fir’aavna aalea feel aardı va caaala ahlahea shiyaaan yastaad’ıfu teaifatan minhum yuzabbihu abneaahum va yastaahyee niseaahum, innahu keana minal mufsideen(mufsideena).

Surely Pharaoh was in the land (a king in Egypt) and made its people into parties, weakening some among them (Jews), slaughtering their sons and letting their women live. Surely he was one of the mischief makers.
