Surah Ya Sin

Bismillaah ir rahmaan ir raheem

إِنَّا جَعَلْنَا فِي أَعْنَاقِهِمْ أَغْلاَلاً فَهِيَ إِلَى الأَذْقَانِ فَهُم مُّقْمَحُونَ ﴿٨﴾
36/Ya Sin-8: Innea caaalnea fee aa’neakıhim aaglealan fa hiya ilal azkeani fa hum mukmahoon(mukmahoona).

Imam Iskender Ali Mihr

Surely We have put on their necks chains that reach up to their chins. Therefore they are the ones whose heads are raised aloft.
