وَجَاء فِرْعَوْنُ وَمَن قَبْلَهُ وَالْمُؤْتَفِكَاتُ بِالْخَاطِئَةِ ﴿٩﴾
69/Al-Haqqah-9: Va ceaa fir’aavnu va man kaablahu val mu’tafikeatu bil heatıah(heatıati).
And Pharaoh and those before him and the people of the overthrown cities came with that great fault (they had denied the Day of Resurrection, the account to be given to Allah, being punished). (9)
فَعَصَوْا رَسُولَ رَبِّهِمْ فَأَخَذَهُمْ أَخْذَةً رَّابِيَةً ﴿١٠﴾
69/Al-Haqqah-10: Fa aasaav rasoola raabbihim fa ahaazahum aahzatan reabiyah(reabiyatan).
And they rebelled against the Messenger of their Lord, so He seized them with an intense Seizure. (10)
إِنَّا لَمَّا طَغَى الْمَاء حَمَلْنَاكُمْ فِي الْجَارِيَةِ ﴿١١﴾
69/Al-Haqqah-11: Innea lammea taagaal meau haamalneakum feel ceariyah(ceariyati).
Surely We carried you in (the floating) Ark when the water rose high (during the storm). (11)
لِنَجْعَلَهَا لَكُمْ تَذْكِرَةً وَتَعِيَهَا أُذُنٌ وَاعِيَةٌ ﴿١٢﴾
69/Al-Haqqah-12: Li nac’aalahea lakum tazkiratan va taıyahea uzunun veaıyah(veaıyatun).
So that We may make it a lesson to you, and that the hearing ear might retain it. (12)
فَإِذَا نُفِخَ فِي الصُّورِ نَفْخَةٌ وَاحِدَةٌ ﴿١٣﴾
69/Al-Haqqah-13: Fa izea nufihaa fees soori nafhaatun veahıdah(veahıdatun).
And when the Trumpet is blown with a single blast. (13)
وَحُمِلَتِ الْأَرْضُ وَالْجِبَالُ فَدُكَّتَا دَكَّةً وَاحِدَةً ﴿١٤﴾
69/Al-Haqqah-14: Va humilatil aardu val cibealu fa dukkatea dakkatan veahıdah(veahıdatan).
And when the earth and the mountains are removed from their places and crushed with a single shake. (14)
فَيَوْمَئِذٍ وَقَعَتِ الْوَاقِعَةُ ﴿١٥﴾
69/Al-Haqqah-15: Fa yavma izin vakaaaatil veakıaah(veakıaatu).
Then on that Day of Permission that (Great) Event had taken place. (15)
وَانشَقَّتِ السَّمَاء فَهِيَ يَوْمَئِذٍ وَاهِيَةٌ ﴿١٦﴾
69/Al-Haqqah-16: Van shaakkaatis sameau fa hiya yavma izin veahiyah(veahiyatun).
And the sky has been split up; so that on that Day it has been weakened (its equilibrium is broken). (16)
وَالْمَلَكُ عَلَى أَرْجَائِهَا وَيَحْمِلُ عَرْشَ رَبِّكَ فَوْقَهُمْ يَوْمَئِذٍ ثَمَانِيَةٌ ﴿١٧﴾
69/Al-Haqqah-17: Val malaku aalea arceaihea, va yaahmilu aarsha raabbika favkaahum yavma izin sameaniyah(sameaniyatun).
And that angel is around it (the sky). And on the Day of Permission, the number of those who carry the Arsh (beyond existence) of your Lord upon them are eight. (17)
يَوْمَئِذٍ تُعْرَضُونَ لَا تَخْفَى مِنكُمْ خَافِيَةٌ ﴿١٨﴾
69/Al-Haqqah-18: Yavma izin tu’raadoona lea taahfea minkum heafiyah(heafiyatun).
On the Day of Permission you shall be presented (to your Lord). No secret of yours shall remain hidden. (18)
فَأَمَّا مَنْ أُوتِيَ كِتَابَهُ بِيَمِينِهِ فَيَقُولُ هَاؤُمُ اقْرَؤُوا كِتَابِيهْ ﴿١٩﴾
69/Al-Haqqah-19: Fa ammea man ootiya kiteabahu bi yameenihee fa yakoolu heaumukraoo kiteabiyah.
Then the one who is given his book (his life film) from his right hand side says: “Take, read my book”. (19)
إِنِّي ظَنَنتُ أَنِّي مُلَاقٍ حِسَابِيهْ ﴿٢٠﴾
69/Al-Haqqah-20: Innee zaanantu anniy müleakın hıseabiyah.
Surely I knew that I would have to meet (reach) my Account. (20)
فَهُوَ فِي عِيشَةٍ رَّاضِيَةٍ ﴿٢١﴾
69/Al-Haqqah-21: Fa huva fee eeshatin readıyah(readıyatin).
That he is in a life which he is pleased with. (21)
فِي جَنَّةٍ عَالِيَةٍ ﴿٢٢﴾
69/Al-Haqqah-22: Fee cannatin ealiyah(ealiyatin).
They are in a high heaven. (22)
قُطُوفُهَا دَانِيَةٌ ﴿٢٣﴾
69/Al-Haqqah-23: Kutoofuhea deaniyah(deaniyatun).
The ripe fruits of which are near at hand (hanging low). (23)
كُلُوا وَاشْرَبُوا هَنِيئًا بِمَا أَسْلَفْتُمْ فِي الْأَيَّامِ الْخَالِيَةِ ﴿٢٤﴾
69/Al-Haqqah-24: Kuloo vashraboo haneean bimea aslaftum feel ayyeamil healiyah(healiyati).
Eat and drink at ease (as a reward) for what you have done in the past days! (24)
وَأَمَّا مَنْ أُوتِيَ كِتَابَهُ بِشِمَالِهِ فَيَقُولُ يَا لَيْتَنِي لَمْ أُوتَ كِتَابِيهْ ﴿٢٥﴾
69/Al-Haqqah-25: Va ammea man ootiya kiteabahu bi shimealihee fa yakoolu yea laytanee lam oota kiteabiyah.
And the one who is given his book (his life film) from his left hand side says then: “I wish my book had never been given me”. (25)
وَلَمْ أَدْرِ مَا حِسَابِيهْ ﴿٢٦﴾
69/Al-Haqqah-26: Va lam adri mea hıseabiyah.
And I had not known what my Account was. (26)
يَا لَيْتَهَا كَانَتِ الْقَاضِيَةَ ﴿٢٧﴾
69/Al-Haqqah-27: Yea laytahea keanatil keadiyah(keadiyata).
I wish it (my life) had been ended (when I died). (27)
مَا أَغْنَى عَنِّي مَالِيهْ ﴿٢٨﴾
69/Al-Haqqah-28: Mea aagnea aannee mealiyah.
My wealth has not benefited me. (28)
هَلَكَ عَنِّي سُلْطَانِيهْ ﴿٢٩﴾
69/Al-Haqqah-29: Halaka aannee sulteaniyah.
My authority (power of wealth) is ruined. (29)
خُذُوهُ فَغُلُّوهُ ﴿٣٠﴾
69/Al-Haqqah-30: Huzoohu fa gullooh(gulloohu).
Seize him and fetter (cuff) him. (30)
ثُمَّ الْجَحِيمَ صَلُّوهُ ﴿٣١﴾
69/Al-Haqqah-31: Summal caaheema saallooh(saalloohu).
Then throw him into the blazing Fire! (31)
ثُمَّ فِي سِلْسِلَةٍ ذَرْعُهَا سَبْعُونَ ذِرَاعًا فَاسْلُكُوهُ ﴿٣٢﴾
69/Al-Haqqah-32: Summa fee silsilatin zar’uhea sab’oona zireaaan faslukooh(faslukoohu).
Then transfer him (into hell) in a chain the length of which is seventy cubits. (32)
إِنَّهُ كَانَ لَا يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ الْعَظِيمِ ﴿٣٣﴾
69/Al-Haqqah-33: Innahu keana lea yu’minu billeahil aazeem(aazeemi).
Surely he was not believing (having faith) in Allah, the Most Great. (33)
وَلَا يَحُضُّ عَلَى طَعَامِ الْمِسْكِينِ ﴿٣٤﴾
69/Al-Haqqah-34: Va lea yaahuddu aalea taaeamil miskeen(miskeeni).
Nor was he encouraging feeding the needy. (34)
