Surah Al-Ahzab

Bismillaah ir rahmaan ir raheem

وَلَقَدْ كَانُوا عَاهَدُوا اللَّهَ مِن قَبْلُ لَا يُوَلُّونَ الْأَدْبَارَ وَكَانَ عَهْدُ اللَّهِ مَسْؤُولًا ﴿١٥﴾
33/Al-Ahzab-15: Va lakaad keanoo eahadoolleaha min kaablu lea yuvalloonal adbear(adbeara), va keana aahdulleahi mas’oolea(mas’oolan).

And certainly they had made a covenant with Allah before not to turn their backs and flee. And a covenant with Allah is a responsibility.

And arruredly they had already covenanted with Allah that they would not turn their backs; verily the covenant with Allah must be questioned about.
