Surah Al-An'am

Bismillaah ir rahmaan ir raheem

ذَلِكَ أَن لَّمْ يَكُن رَّبُّكَ مُهْلِكَ الْقُرَى بِظُلْمٍ وَأَهْلُهَا غَافِلُونَ ﴿١٣١﴾
6/Al-An'am-131: Zealika an lam yakun raabbuka muhlikal kurea bi zulmin va ahluhea geafiloon(geafiloona).

Imam Iskender Ali Mihr

This is because your Lord is not tormentful and would not destroy the countries while their people were unaware (unwarned).

Abdul Majid Daryabadi

This is because thy Lord is not one to destroy a town for its wrong-doing while its people are unaware.

This is because your Lord would never destroy the towns unjustly while their people were unaware.

Clearly it is not the way of your Lord that He would destroy lands unjustly without their people being warned (beforehand of the consequence of their way of life) and therefore unmindful (of the distinctions between right and wrong, truth and falsehood).
