Surah Al-Ma'idah
Bismillaah ir rahmaan ir raheem
إِن تُعَذِّبْهُمْ فَإِنَّهُمْ عِبَادُكَ وَإِن تَغْفِرْ لَهُمْ فَإِنَّكَ أَنتَ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُ
﴿١١٨﴾
5/Al-Ma'idah-118:
In tuaazzibhum fa innahum ibeaduka, va in taagfir lahum fa innaka antal aazeezul haakeem(haakeemu).

If you torment them, they are indeed Your servants. And if You forgive them, verily You, only You, are the All-Mighty, the All-Wise (the Owner of the Judgment and Wisdom).
