Surah An-Naba'

Bismillaah ir rahmaan ir raheem

يَوْمَ يَقُومُ الرُّوحُ وَالْمَلَائِكَةُ صَفًّا لَّا يَتَكَلَّمُونَ إِلَّا مَنْ أَذِنَ لَهُ الرحْمَنُ وَقَالَ صَوَابًا ﴿٣٨﴾
78/An-Naba'-38: Yavma yakoomur roohu val maleaikatu saaffea(saaffan), lea yatakallamoona illea man azina lahur raahmeanu va keala saveabea(saveaban).

Imam Iskender Ali Mihr

On that Day the Spirit (of the Imam of the Time) and the angels (that hold the Throne) stand ready in rows. No one can speak except he whom the Most-Beneficent permits. And he (who is permitted) speaks only the rewards.
