Surah At-Tawbah

وَإِن نَّكَثُواْ أَيْمَانَهُم مِّن بَعْدِ عَهْدِهِمْ وَطَعَنُواْ فِي دِينِكُمْ فَقَاتِلُواْ أَئِمَّةَ الْكُفْرِ إِنَّهُمْ لاَ أَيْمَانَ لَهُمْ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَنتَهُونَ ﴿١٢﴾
9/At-Tawbah-12: Va in nakasoo aymeanahum min baa'di aahdihim va taaaanoo fee deenikum fa keatiloo aimmatal kufri innahum lea aymeana lahum laaallahum yantahoon(yantahoona).

And if they break their oaths after their covenant and revile your religion, then fight the leaders of disbelief. Surely they have (indeed) no oaths so that they may desist.
