Surah At-Tawbah

يُرِيدُونَ أَن يُطْفِؤُواْ نُورَ اللّهِ بِأَفْوَاهِهِمْ وَيَأْبَى اللّهُ إِلاَّ أَن يُتِمَّ نُورَهُ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْكَافِرُونَ ﴿٣٢﴾
9/At-Tawbah-32: Yureedoona an yutfeeoo nooraalleahi bi afveahihim va ya'baalleahu illea an yutimma nooraahu va lav karihal keafiroon(keafiroona).

Imam Iskender Ali Mihr

They want to put out the Light of Allah with their mouths. And Allah does not want anything but to complete His Light, even though the disbelievers detest.

They seek to extinguish the light of Allah with their mouths; and Allah refuseth to do otherwise than perfect His light, although the infidels may detest.
