Surah At-Tawbah

إِن تُصِبْكَ حَسَنَةٌ تَسُؤْهُمْ وَإِن تُصِبْكَ مُصِيبَةٌ يَقُولُواْ قَدْ أَخَذْنَا أَمْرَنَا مِن قَبْلُ وَيَتَوَلَّواْ وَّهُمْ فَرِحُونَ ﴿٥٠﴾
9/At-Tawbah-50: In tusıbka haasanatun tasu'hum, va in tusıbka museebatun yakooloo kaad ahaaznea amranea min kaablu va yatavallav va hum farihoon(farihoona).

If good befalls you, it grieves them, and if a disaster befalls you, they say: “We took indeed our precautions beforehand, and they turn back while they are rejoicing”.
