Surah Az-Zukhruf

Bismillaah ir rahmaan ir raheem

أَمْ أَنَا خَيْرٌ مِّنْ هَذَا الَّذِي هُوَ مَهِينٌ وَلَا يَكَادُ يُبِينُ ﴿٥٢﴾
43/Az-Zukhruf-52: Am ana haayrun min heazallazee huva maheenun va lea yakeadu yubeen(yubeenu).

Or, (am I not) better than that weak one who can hardly express himself clearly (cannot talk normal)?
