إِذْ دَخَلُواْ عَلَيْهِ فَقَالُواْ سَلامًا قَالَ إِنَّا مِنكُمْ وَجِلُونَ
﴿٥٢﴾
15/Al-Hijr-52: Iz dahaaloo aalayhi fa kealoo saleamea(saleaman), keala innea minkum vaciloon(vaciloona).
When they entered upon him, they said: “Peace (be upon you)”. (Abraham) said: “Surely We feel afraid of you.” (52)
قَالُواْ لاَ تَوْجَلْ إِنَّا نُبَشِّرُكَ بِغُلامٍ عَلِيمٍ
﴿٥٣﴾
15/Al-Hijr-53: Kealoo lea tavcal innea nubashshiruka bi guleamin aaleem(aaleemin).
(The guests) said: “(You) do not be afraid! Surely we give you the glad tidings of a son endowed with knowledge.” (53)
قَالَ أَبَشَّرْتُمُونِي عَلَى أَن مَّسَّنِيَ الْكِبَرُ فَبِمَ تُبَشِّرُونَ
﴿٥٤﴾
15/Al-Hijr-54: Keala a bashshartumoonee aalea an massaniyal kibaru fa bima tubashshiroon(tubashshiroona).
He said: “Do you give me good news when old age has come upon me? What then do you give me good news of?” (54)
قَالُواْ بَشَّرْنَاكَ بِالْحَقِّ فَلاَ تَكُن مِّنَ الْقَانِطِينَ
﴿٥٥﴾
15/Al-Hijr-55: Kealoo bashsharneaka bil haakkı fa lea takun minal keanıteen(keanıteena).
They said: “We gave you glad tidings with truth. Therefore do not be of the despairing.” (55)
قَالَ وَمَن يَقْنَطُ مِن رَّحْمَةِ رَبِّهِ إِلاَّ الضَّآلُّونَ
﴿٥٦﴾
15/Al-Hijr-56: Keala va man yaaknatu min raahmati raabbihee illaad dealloon(dealloona).
He said: “And who despairs of the Mercy of his Lord except those who are in Misguidance?” (56)
قَالَ فَمَا خَطْبُكُمْ أَيُّهَا الْمُرْسَلُونَ
﴿٥٧﴾
15/Al-Hijr-57: Keala fa mea haatbukum ayyuhal mursaloon(mursaloona).
He said: “What is the matter then of which you will speak, O Messengers?” (57)
قَالُواْ إِنَّا أُرْسِلْنَا إِلَى قَوْمٍ مُّجْرِمِينَ
﴿٥٨﴾
15/Al-Hijr-58: Kealoo innea ursilnea ilea kaavmin mucrimeen(mucrimeena).
They said: “Surely We have been sent to a guilty people.” (58)
إِلاَّ آلَ لُوطٍ إِنَّا لَمُنَجُّوهُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ
﴿٥٩﴾
15/Al-Hijr-59: Illea eala loot(lootın), innea la munaccoohum acmaa’een(acmaa’eena).
Except the family of Lot; We will most surely deliver them all. (59)
إِلاَّ امْرَأَتَهُ قَدَّرْنَا إِنَّهَا لَمِنَ الْغَابِرِينَ
﴿٦٠﴾
15/Al-Hijr-60: Illamra’atahu kaaddarnea innahea la minal geabireen(geabireena).
Except his wife. Because We have decreed that she shall be of those who remain behind (destroyed). (60)
فَلَمَّا جَاء آلَ لُوطٍ الْمُرْسَلُونَ
﴿٦١﴾
15/Al-Hijr-61: Fa lammea ceaa eala lootınil mursaloon(mursaloona).
So when the sent messengers came to the family of Lot. (61)
قَالَ إِنَّكُمْ قَوْمٌ مُّنكَرُونَ
﴿٦٢﴾
15/Al-Hijr-62: Keala innakum kaavmun munkaroon(munkaroona).
(Lot) said: “Surely you are an unknown (foreign) people.” (62)
قَالُواْ بَلْ جِئْنَاكَ بِمَا كَانُواْ فِيهِ يَمْتَرُونَ
﴿٦٣﴾
15/Al-Hijr-63: Kealoo bal ci’neaka bi mea keanoo feehi yamtaroon(yamtaroona).
They said: “Nay, we have come to you with what they have been doubtful.” (63)
وَأَتَيْنَاكَ بَالْحَقِّ وَإِنَّا لَصَادِقُونَ
﴿٦٤﴾
15/Al-Hijr-64: Va atayneaka bil haakkı va innea la seadikoon(seadikoona).
And we have brought to you the truth, and we are most surely truthful. (64)
فَأَسْرِ بِأَهْلِكَ بِقِطْعٍ مِّنَ اللَّيْلِ وَاتَّبِعْ أَدْبَارَهُمْ وَلاَ يَلْتَفِتْ مِنكُمْ أَحَدٌ وَامْضُواْ حَيْثُ تُؤْمَرُونَ
﴿٦٥﴾
15/Al-Hijr-65: Fa asri bi ahlika bi kıt’ın minal layli vattabı’ adbearahum va lea yaltafit minkum ahaadun vaamdoo haaysu tu’maroon(tu’maroona).
Right away go forth with your family in a part of the night! Follow their rear, and let not anyone of you turn round to look back. And go on to where you are commanded. (65)
وَقَضَيْنَا إِلَيْهِ ذَلِكَ الأَمْرَ أَنَّ دَابِرَ هَؤُلاء مَقْطُوعٌ مُّصْبِحِينَ
﴿٦٦﴾
15/Al-Hijr-66: Va kaadaaynea ilayhi zealikal amra anna deabira heauleai maaktooun musbiheen(musbiheena).
And We made known this decree to him, that the root of them would be cut off in the early morning (they would be destroyed). (66)
وَجَاء أَهْلُ الْمَدِينَةِ يَسْتَبْشِرُونَ
﴿٦٧﴾
15/Al-Hijr-67: Va ceaa ahlul madeenati yastabshiroon(yastabshiroona).
And the inhabitants of the city came giving good news to each other. (67)
قَالَ إِنَّ هَؤُلاء ضَيْفِي فَلاَ تَفْضَحُونِ
﴿٦٨﴾
15/Al-Hijr-68: Keala inna heauleai daayfee fa lea tafdaahoon(tafdaahooni).
(Lot) said: “Surely these are my guests; therefore do not disgrace me.” (68)
وَاتَّقُوا اللّهَ وَلاَ تُخْزُونِ
﴿٦٩﴾
15/Al-Hijr-69: Vattakulleaha va lea tuhzoon(tuhzooni).
Have fear and piety towards Allah and do not degrade me. (69)
قَالُوا أَوَلَمْ نَنْهَكَ عَنِ الْعَالَمِينَ
﴿٧٠﴾
15/Al-Hijr-70: Kealoo a va lam nanhaka aanil ealameen(ealameena).
They said: “Did we not forbid you from interfering (other) people’s business?” (70)
