37/As-Saffat-127: Fa kazzaboohu fa inna hum la muhdaaroon(muhdaaroona).
But they belied him (Elias). Therefore they certainly shall be made to be present (in Hell) for sure. (127)
37/As-Saffat-128: Illea ibeadaalleahil muhlaaseen(muhlaaseena).
Except the Muhlasîn (the utterly pure) servants of Allah. (128)
37/As-Saffat-129: Va taraknea aalayhi feel eahireen(eahireena).
And We left for him (an honorable remembrance) among the later generations. (129)
37/As-Saffat-130: Saleamun aalea ilyeaseen(ilyeaseena).
Peace be upon Iliyâs (Elias). (130)
37/As-Saffat-131: Innea kazealika naczeel muhsineen(muhsineena).
Thus do We reward the Muhsinîn (good-doers). (131)
37/As-Saffat-132: Innahu min ibeadinal moo’mineen(moo’mineena).
Surely he is one of Our believing servants (who have earned all the ranks by wishing to reach Allah). (132)
37/As-Saffat-133: Va inna lootaan la minal mursaleen(mursaleena).
And Lût (Lot) is truly one of those sent (Messengers). (133)
37/As-Saffat-134: Iz naccayneahu va ahlahoo acmaaeen(acmaaeena).
We delivered him and his household altogether. (134)
37/As-Saffat-135: Illea aacoozan feel geabireen(geabireena).
Except an old woman who remained behind. (135)
37/As-Saffat-136: Summa dammarnal eahaareen(eahaareena).
Then We destroyed (exterminated) the others. (136)
37/As-Saffat-137: Va innakum la tamurroona aalayhim musbiheen(musbiheena).
And most surely you stop by them in the morning. (137)
37/As-Saffat-138: Va bil layl(layli), a fa lea taa’kıloon(taa’kıloona).
And at night too. Do you still not then use your intelligence? (138)
37/As-Saffat-139: Va inna yoonusa la minal mursaleen(mursaleena).
And Yûnus (Jonah) is one of those sent (Messengers). (139)
37/As-Saffat-140: Iz abakaa ilal fulkil mashhoon(mashhooni).
He had run away to (in) a laden ship. (140)
37/As-Saffat-141: Fa seahama fa keana minal mudhaadeen(mudhaadeena).
And then he cast lots, and he was of those who lost. (141)
37/As-Saffat-142: Faltakaamahul hootu va huva muleem(muleemun).
So a fish swallowed him (Jonah). He was blameworthy (he was blaming himself). (142)
37/As-Saffat-144: La labisa fee baatnihee ilaa yavmi yub’aasoon(yub’aasoona).
He would certainly have remained inside its (the fish’s) belly till the Day of Resurrection. (144)
37/As-Saffat-145: Fa nabazneahu bil aareai va huva saakeem(saakeemun).
Upon that We cast him on to a vacant surface of the earth (on a naked shore) while he was exhausted. (145)
37/As-Saffat-146: Va anbatnea aalayhi shacaratan min yaakteen(yaakteenin).
And we caused a plant of gourd to grow above him (to create a shadow). (146)
37/As-Saffat-147: Va arsalneahu ilea miati alfin av yazeedoon(yazidoona).
And We sent him to a hundred thousand (people) or even more (as a Messenger). (147)
37/As-Saffat-148: Fa eamanoo fa mattaa’neahum ilea heen(heenin).
So they believed (became âmenû, wished to reach Allah while they were alive). So We gave them provision till a time. (148)
37/As-Saffat-149: Fastaftihim a li raabbikal baneatu va lahumul banoon(banoona).
Go ahead, ask them an explanation: “Whether your Lord has daughters and they have sons”? (149)
37/As-Saffat-150: Am haalaaknal maleaikata ineasan va hum sheahidoon(sheahidoona).
Or did We create the angels as females while they were witnesses? (150)
37/As-Saffat-151: A lea innahum min ifkihim la yakooloon(yakooloona).
Now surely it is of their own lie that they say (certain things). (151)
37/As-Saffat-152: Valadaalleahu va innahum la keaziboon(keaziboona).
“Allah has begotten”. Most surely they are indeed liars. (152)
37/As-Saffat-153: AAstaafal baneati aalal baneen(baneena).
Has (Allah) chosen daughters in preference to sons? (153)
