Surah Al-Hadid

Bismillaah ir rahmaan ir raheem

لِكَيْلَا تَأْسَوْا عَلَى مَا فَاتَكُمْ وَلَا تَفْرَحُوا بِمَا آتَاكُمْ وَاللَّهُ لَا يُحِبُّ كُلَّ مُخْتَالٍ فَخُورٍ ﴿٢٣﴾
57/Al-Hadid-23: Li kaylea ta’sav aalea mea featakum va lea tafrahoo bi mea eateakum, vaalleahu lea yuhıbbu kulla muhtealin fahoor(fahoorin).

Imam Iskender Ali Mihr

So that you may not grieve for what has come out of your hand, nor be happy (brag) with what is given to you. And Allah does not love any of the arrogant and boaster.

Abdul Majid Daryabadi

This is announced lest ye sorrow for the sake of that which hath escaped you, or exult over that which He hath vouchsafed Unto you: And Allah loveth not any vainglorious boaster:
